The product is great for me. I'm not a professional machinist but they do the job we require from it. The tools looked well made and nice case also.

I use these on my 9x20 lathe - originally ordered just for the right hand tool pictured so I could turn down a large chuck faceplate. I believe they are at the right center height for my 9x20 - but will verify and edit this post. The included insert did not cut very well and generated a lot of heat - I can`t say whether its a quality issue or a horsepower issue - i`m taking light cuts in cast iron. For small lathes I recommend the AR Warner HSS inserts. Great value for the price. Left a mirror finish on steel and could handle a 0.02in depth of cut (.5mm) with ease. I could have probably pushed it harder but didn’t want to risk it. Have only used one tool so far but very happy with how well it’s holding up.

Night and day difference from my old square tool bit stock. Cuts beautifully already thinking of buying a quick change tool post to add to the efficiency. Great set of cutters 🤙🏼

Use everyday - works well and leaves my fab pieces smooth and precise in sizing.
