It is quality product, does provide relief and comfort. I have used it for 3 days (once daily) and I feel relieved. It is totally natural product. I do have to agree with other customers that the amount of product is not much for the price. If you use Epsom salt alone would be much cheaper. I have used it 3 times and I probably have left for another 3 days, only using 2 tea spoons. Instructions aren’t very clear, the bag says a different amount of water versus the Amazon product description (1.5 litera); my sitz plate isn’t capable of holding that amount of water. Also says to use warm water; which I did the first time and personally didn’t get much relief. I mixed 2 teaspoons of the product with 2 cups of boiling water. It felt really good and provided relief, be careful not to burn yourself so don’t touch the water. I also combined this with another natural oil called Forces of Nature Hemorrhoid Control Extra Strength and I have seen significant improvement in 2 days.

Smells amazing and works well! Side note: used for relief from hemorrhoids ive been dealing with since having our baby 20 months ago, so I cant speak for immediately post baby (and this is my husband's amazon acct). Fast pain relief and kept comfortable for hours with no other creams or anything. Have only used 1 day so far but I will absolutely keep using with a sitz bath! Only thing i wish was that the bag sealed better. The salts got stuck in the zipper so it doesn't close well.

I wish I had put purchased this earlier in my postpartum recovery but I’m still getting some good use out of it. I have used this with a sitz bath and it has been great! Soothing and smells amazing which I appreciate as (lets be real) it definitely gets funky down there especially when you are taking care of a newborn all day. I have no complaints about the amount in the pack as I think it’s enough for anyone using a sitz bath maybe not so much for tub use.

Giving it four stars because it wasn’t that much to work with and I haven’t used it yet. Bag was small, so if you’re planning on using this a lot I would buy two.

Yes, girl just get it. Doesn’t sting. Smells great. Everything down there healed beautifully. Worth it. If I would get too sore/painful down there, I would just take a nice hot bath with this stuff. Once I got out, I was ready to roll again.

The bag is so small for the price. Have not seen them sale a bigger size. I have sensitive skin and have not had any allergic reactions so it’s sensitive skin friendly and I healed fast but just don’t like that the bag so so small. Wondering if I should try a different sitz brand just scared to experiment with sensitive skin.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this product. Disclaimer: I am not postpartum, but this was recommended when I needed a sitz bath for a Bartholin's cyst. The scent is amazing, super relaxing, and was exactly what I needed since I don't have a bathtub. My cyst was gone after two sitz baths and my bathroom smelled amazing for DAYS.

Helped me SO much. Used it a couple of times postpartum after being at my wits end and it helped TREMENDOUSLY with both hemorrhoids AND blocked milk ducts! A little “slimy” feeling due to the essential oils and maybe a little strong scent, but it does the job!!!

Amazing product and such pretty packaging. Was super soothing and really helped to relieve my pain. Smelled great too!! Would definately recommend.

Used for postpartum and haemorrhoids. I don’t notice too much a difference. Used 3 times a day for past 3 days. The smell isn’t for me. Prefer to use epsom salt. Seems better for me.
