Shampoo is great but packing do not match with the picture Missing pump.

As I got older my scalp had gotten so dry, and irritating I couldn't use any shampoo except baby shampoo, which dried out my hair, then I tried this shampoo. Been using it for a couple of months now. So far it's doing an awesome job at keeping my scalp and hair soft. I really love it, and I can say bye bye to baby shampoo. I will continue to use keratin.

I buy all Keratin Complex products as I have Keratin-treated hair. This shampoo shows a picture with a pump on the bottle of shampoo. It did not come with the pump, but just a screw top. Very annoying as I like to pump some shampoo into a smaller bottle for my second bathroom. Inaccurate website information. Upon reading reviews, I see that several buyers complained of this missing pump. Older reviews show the pump on their pictures, so this has been changed since 2021

Color and keratin safe conditioner works great

I love this product but I wish it came with the pump as shown in the picture. Then I would love it 5 stars ⭐️!

If you have keratin on your hair it’s the best shampoo to use.
