it came in two separate boxes, and it was easy to understand and setup, we didn't want to go out and get sand because we were still in lockdown, so we decided to go with water, it was very heavy after filled up and because there are suction cups, I wasn't worried that it may move. Quality of the punching bag was good, it felt very strong, i am not a professional so can't say to its professional use ability but for a moderately strong, regular exercise person, it was good enough.

I got this for son (12yo) to use for karate practice. It's pretty good for that. He's not that big for his age and still not exactly punching/kicking with too much power - so, having filled it with sand, its very stable for him. If I punch it I can make it wobble and would be able to make it topple if I specifically tried, but you can control your actions to avoid this (we have it on carpet and not using suctions). I would say it is approx 80-90% full of kiln dried sand. The punch bag itself is quite high off the ground, so for kicking, you do need to be doing reasonably high kicks to avoid kicking the base structure. The bag itself feels very good quality, if anything it maybe is slightly over-firm, but I assume over time it will soften a little. So far we're pleased with it.

The bag is really high quality and feels like it will take a good thumping. Assembled was easy, I actually reversed a step when putting on the upper section as instructions made little sense. The size was a wee but taller than imagined but that’s probably a good thing. The only problem is the suckers on the bottom which do not work. Tried wetting the floor etc but the suction power is poor! Will need to see how much sand will be required in regards to filling capacity and if it can be moved easy after. It’s good so far

It is quite sturdy, wont break easily

I bought this to go in my garage gym that I have been building. It arrived in two separate packages over two days which it clearly states in the description so not a problem. Assembly is very very easy and took me around 5 minutes. Just attach the bag to the base with the included bolts. I chose to fill the base with sand as it’s heavier and gives a more solid base in my opinion. It also has suction cups on the base so if you have a nice polished floor it’s great for adding extra grip. The bag itself is very good quality and well made. Overall I am delighted with punch bag and looking forward to many training sessions in the garage gym.

I am not very gym guy but I do little exercise Everday, but I can’t continue due there is no fun it, YOLEO Punching Bag Heavy Boxing Bag add that fun in my daily exercise. It work very even on home floor. 2mm thickened PU leather striking surface perfect for punching, I kick and box even after hard day in office it’s great stress reliever without creating much noise. Stable floor sucking base need to fill with sand or water, i prefer sand it’s hard to fill once but it’s lifetime job. Yoleo punching become part of my everday exercise now, definitely recommend it.
