I have long struggled with blackheads on my nose and have tried every product available. I was worried that this blackhead vacuum would leave bruising, and while it did cause some bruising on the forehead part of the T-zone, it was fine on my nose. It's a little gross, but the first few uses really shocked me with what came out compared to using products, steaming & squeezing. Now, as I use it a few times a week, there's just a little bit. Although I think it will take a long time for my nose to reach a point where I'm happy, this will be a huge contributor, and after a month, I am noticing improvement.
