Love it and use it allWorks Great!
UPDATE March 2025: I’ve been consistently using this bread machine once a week since I got it at Christmas and I still love it. So easy. Works great with consistent results. I bought the No Fuss Bread Machine cookbook by Michelle Anderson on Amazon which has so many fantastic and easy recipes. I highly recommend getting that to expand beyond the booklet that comes with this machine. It has been totally worth the price. I love justifying my bread consumption with the fact that my homemade bread has nothing unnatural in it. Buy good quality, organic if you can afford it, bread flour. I like King Arthur brand.I got this for Christmas 2024 and in the past two weeks since I received it, I've made three loaves of bread and they have turned out great. I'm what you might call a "wing it" non-detailed oriented cook and baker and as a rule, NOT winging it and paying attention to details are pretty darn crucial when baking so making bread intimidated me. But this machine honestly makes it so easy. You just add the ingredients, press a few buttons and in 3 hours you have amazing fresh baked bread. I followed the basic bread recipe and the rye bread recipe in the booklet that came with the machine and they were delicious. Just read all of the directions in the booklet especially order of ingredients and being precise when measuring. There are plenty of functions but I've only used basic and rye bread settings so far but I am excited to try out the other ones like pizza dough and even yogurt. The machine is very easy to setup out of the box and clean. My only concern is getting the bread pan out of the machine. You have turn counter clockwise a little hard and yank it and then it doesn't ever really feel like it "clicks into place" when you put it back in, but honestly for the price, it is a great little kitchen appliance and works like a charm.

Best machine, EVER!
I owned for 17 years the bread machine that everybody totes as the best the best, you know the one that starts with the letter Z??!! I'm probably the first in history that's going to say I had nothing but problems with it and I had the top of the line one. First of all the bread pan coating peels within 7 to 8 months of consistent use and the paddles do the same oh and let me mention to replace the bread pan it's close to $90 and the paddles well you can guess that price is up there as well. I didn't want to spend after the machine finally went out that kind of money again. I just didn't see the purpose of it, especially I like to take my dough out shape it and work it the way I want, I don't like the crust that bread machines create when baked inside of them. I just had a good feeling about this elite gourmet machine and I thought let me give it a shot and boy am I impressed! I don't know what it is, it brings out such a beautiful tasting and flaky crust and texture, just amazing I can't even explain it! Although, I like to take the dough out and not have it baked inside a bread machine I did bake a few loaves in the elite gourmet and they came out really well. This machine outshines when using just the dough setting. I felt that Z machine that everybody totes is the best over kneaded the dough to the point it fermented it and made it very yeasty and dense tasting and this elite gourmet does not do that! I will say one caveat to this machine is do not overload it, it does its best with smaller amounts of flour in my experience I feel no more than four cups and that's pushing it. For the money I can get six of these for the price of one of those others. LOL I think for me more than having the best the best that the industry puts down your throat is how does it make your bread taste is your bread fluffy and squishy and have that nice creamy taste not yeasty fermented taste then this machine is for you! I use the exact same recipe in both brands of machines and believe it or not both loaves tasted and texture was completely different. I can be very fair here in my review since I owned the other one for 17 years and actually repurchased a new one and was very unhappy and returned it and actually bought a second one of the Elite Gourmet for backup. It's a little noisy compared to the other one I'm talking about, this one is nice and light has suction cups on the bottom so it doesn't jiggle around, it's so easy to set. I'm literally in love with this machine and financially wise I could do any of them and this one won me over! I did get the mint color, so much prettier in person and how cute they put a fork and spoon inside their leaf logo just a little detail that makes it not like any of the others. I've never seen a company put more effort into the packaging the plastic the cardboard so the machine arrives to you in perfect condition, no scratches no dents just a company that really takes its time to put that attention to detail!

Better than store bought bread.
I like it. My first bread machine. Very easy to use. Bread comes out perfect. Allows for customizing recipes. Cleans up with just a wet paper towel. Worth the price for sure.

Great for whole grain bread
I've had the same whole grain bread recipe that I have used for years. So I did not use their recipes. This machine does a great job making my whole grain bread. Some other machines I've tried, perhaps because of a shorter whole wheat cycle, make a bread that is falling apart. This one makes a bread that is well risen, well distributed, with a good texture and well connected (not falling apart). The top, which rose above the rim of the pan a bit, was a little overcooked on the outside. It is small in size and relatively quiet - both pluses in my book. The pan, and the machine as a whole, feels cheaply made. The pan is very light (20% lower in weight than the last machine I used, having the same volume. It is not easy to get the plan into place. You have to put it in just right, then turn it slightly counter clockwise to lock it in place. The reverse, obviously, to get it out. It feels like I'm about to break something when I am turning it in or out.The lid will "close" without fully closing. You need to shift it slightly to get it to drop that last millimeter or so and not leave a small gap. It doesn't seem to cause big problems if does not get all the way down, although I would image the energy usage is slightly higher.Overall, because it makes the best whole wheat bread I've gotten from a machine, I would recommend it for that. We will see with the cheap feel how well it lasts and I will update as needed.

Bakes Great Homemade Bread
This breadmaker works really well. I like the design and the layout of the control buttons... makes it intuitive and easy to operate. Once you follow the recipes that came with the breadmaker, it does an excellent job. I use it almost every week and enjoy delicious homemade bread. It also saves a little on purchasing bread from the bakery or store.I have no complaints... It works great!
