Had an issue with the first one, so I reached out to Galdor's Guild on their website. They were super fast to reply and provide assistance. I sent my order number and pictures of the issue, and they promptly sent me a replacement. Absolutely wonderful customer service, though I wish y'all had off on new years day! As for the chest, it's heavier than I was expecting! The detail is really cool, from the slatted wood to the inner cavity to the adorable teeth and eye. Cute little lock and key included. I absolutely love it! Overall great experience and happy with the outcome and product. Thank you again!

This was a christmas gift. My son loved it and very pleased with the quality.

Bought for my cousin and he loved it. The outside looks like a standard chests and inside, a detailed mouth of horror. Very happy with it. Wish it was a little bigger but still can hold a few dice sets but honestly might be more fun putting other items in it rather than dice. The quality seemed durable.

i don’t think the paint was dry when the box was closed because it chipped on one of the teeth and was a slight struggle to open the lid. it’s good quality however i wish the inside had a little more room to hold more dice.

It looks so cool in hand and holds a pretty good amount of dice!

Bought as a gift for a D&D player. Was well received.

It’s a very sturdy but it came with one of the teeth broken off. I had to superglue it back into place.

I was super excited when I saw this pop up on my for me page and I knew I needed to get it as Ive been looking for something similar for a while now. Quality is really good and the design is awesome, however I feel thatbl the handling of the package on route caused some damages. 8 of the teeth were broken off and so was a piece of the outer lid. I still play to use this and can probably fix the broken teeth, im jusr slightly disappointed that I have to

Absolute garbage. Arrived smashed in the box. Its very poorly packaged ceramic. The item itself is crap.

The box itself looks pretty cool. The assembly hardware is not however. When opening and closing the box it felt flimsy. The latch is made of cheap, thin metal. The mounting hardware was all loose and the threaded holes stripped out. I’d give the box design a 4/5 stars, but assembly is a generous 1/5 stars. I’m returning this item.

Like some of the other people who received the item it was cool but several of the team were damaged. Even one of the hinges was loose. The package the box came in looked like it was dropped repeatedly or kicked I guess it was bent out of shape. Not happy with the damage even though the item looked cool.

Arrived today December 22nd and is a Christmas gift, delivery box showed no signs of damage and was well packed, however, actual box had many teeth broken. This saddens me very much as it's too late in the game to ask for a return or refund :(
