amazing! really, 10 stars!
this is unbelievable quality for the money. beautifully machined and finished. as the old saying goes "should cost hundreds more"!there is absolutely nothing cheap about this product. even the packaging was super high grade. and the instructions are well written and explain in full the use and care.but does it work?... yes, and so will you. this is a hand grinder and you will expend energy to get the gold. this can produce super fine grind. very precise levels. adjust and you get fantastic medium grind. i did not try a coarse grind.i am blown away by the level of quality, fit, and finish of this product. if only every company could produce at such a high and conscious level.i plan to use this in my RV and not only does it need no electric power, but it takes up far less space than an electric one that cannot grind as precisely as this.

Well-made and great balance of performance and aesthetic.
I like to discover new brands and things to experience for my Instagram so I was interested to look into this as I was looking to explore into using a manual grinder. I wanted a balance between quality and price so this seemed to hit the spot.Using the item was pretty straightforward with the instruction booklet and the package surprised me with its set of tools to keep the grinder clean and packed. The grinder itself is also very solidly made and feels nice in the hand.My experience grinding it was good. Smooth and easy. I placed the setting at 15 as recommended but because I like my brighter notes, will try for a finer setting next time. The only thing to note is that you need to be gripping on to the right area when screwing or unscrewing the base, or it might do the reverse for the upper area.Enjoyed this, thank you!

Mostly great, with a couple small annoyances
This was my first real manual burr grinder, and overall I've liked it. It has a nice build quality, holds a good amount of coffee, and grinds pretty quickly. I love the included travel case, it is a nice addition that I don't really see with other manual grinders in this price range.I only have a couple small nitpicks with this grinder, and one of them just may stem from my inexperience with other hand grinders. On my grinder, the leathery grip on the main unit is poorly glued on, and has started to peel off. That doesn't impact use at all, but I've had to hold it in a certain way to keep it from getting worse while grinding. Also, with certain beans (I've noticed it more with lighter roasts), they'll get very static-y while grinding and stick to the cup and the burr. I've noticed that if I set down the grinder on the counter and tap it a couple times after grinding the beans, it seems to solve the problem. This is the issue that may just come from my inexperience, and not from the grinder itself.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, you can't really go wrong with this.

Easy/fast to grind and well constructed/sturdy
I got the black 38mm burr size, and I grind my coffee coarse for my French press. Grinding the beans was incredibly easy and fast. It feels incredibly sturdy due to the container and burrs all being made of metal. The receiver (25g) is the perfect size for two servings of coffee.Just had my first cup of coffee using it, and it’s the smoothest coffee I’ve ever made. I drank it down to the dregs with no unpleasant grittiness, unlike the coffee I grind at the grocery store. (Side note, the carrying case it comes in is really nice, and I love the little cleaning brush.)This is my first coffee grinder, so I don’t have much experience to compare it to, but it definitely trumps the somewhat gritty coffee I’ve been having in the past. Plus, now each cup I have will taste and smell fresh. Highly recommend this product. :)

The best cost/benefit ratio.
Very robust and precise grinder, stainless steel burr and knob graded in accurate clicks that allows different grind sizes from fine to coarse in wide milling range for any preparation method. Sober design, very useful anti slip rubber cover over de aluminium body, light but strong crank handle with an elegant wood hand grip. Hard carrying case that make it portable without any problems, very nice air blower and brush for precise cleaning. I use it several times a day since the day i received it. I am from Bogotá-Colombia, country known as one of the best special coffee producers in the world. The best tool for my daily coffee rituals. I would definitely buy it again.

The Must Have Manual Travel Coffee Grinder
Very well made device. Steel burrs are 38mm, sharp and very effective, producing a very even grind. Smooth double bearing action, goes through 21 grams (two level Tablespoons/standard coffee scoops) of coffee beans in fine espresso grind in 90 seconds. Medium pour-over grind gets done in 45 seconds.Compact for travel at 5.75 x 2 inch grinder and 2.5 x 6.75 handle, exclusive of 8.25 x 5.25 x 2.75 inch carry case.Instructions should include exploded view of parts for those who confuse order and direction of parts in the course of disassembling.Terrific value, equal in build, design, and quality to similar but more expensive products.
