Overall good weight set, love that the bar can transform into dumbbells. Easy to use, it’s not loose at all, grip is how you’d expect it to be, the weights in the product photo look shiny, like metal, the ones I received are plastic but still good quality nevertheless.

Just back from holiday,opened the box which wasn't damaged at all contents look very good, different weights and bars all looks as if everything is there.Ideal weights will try out in a couple of days.

Well made, good fittings and connections give a great conversion from dumbbell to barbell . Great for home training.

I've had these about 6 months now, so can give an honest review. The weights are decent for the price, but the photos have been edited, which I will address later on. They're heavy enough for a beginner / intermediate to build muscle. I started at 10Kg per dumbbell, and I'm still only using 12Kg on either dumbbell. These can be increased to 15Kg, so I still have room to progress. The bars seem slightly too long IMO so, when I'm doing overhead presses, I find they collide with one another if I'm not really careful. I'm assuming the bars are this length so they can be connected together to make a barbell, but there is still a good 1 inch of excess screw-thread when the joining bar is connected. So they could easily be 2 inches shorter. Re. the photos: There's a seam/joint all the way around the outside of the weights where they've been stuck together in 2 halves. Not sure if you're bothered about that, but it just doesn't look as clean and tidy as shown on the photographs. I wouldn't have minded if they'd just shown the actual weights in the photos. The weights are a hollow vinyl filled with small metal chips, which isn't mentioned in the listing. You may not be bothered by this, but I was a little disappointed that they weren't solid metal.
