18V SubCompact Brushless 3/8 in. Impact Wrench

Love, love this little guy. It can almost fit in your pocket but it packs a punch when you need to do hard work in cramped spaces where you don't want to drag air hoses, or don't have air. Great for off road repairs or the home mechanic who doesn't want to get an air compressor. I love the 1 - 4 torque selection and use it all the time. 1 is just basically hand tight, and it goes up from there. Get this and a good set of impact sockets and the work will get done. I have only Ridgid tools now in my Land Cruiser and on my boat, about 8 or so tools now - multiple batteries and chargers stashed all over, and all of them are bomber - long battery life, tough solid construction, controls that are convenient, useful lights and clips - just great stuff.

Gets into those spaces that a full size impact wont.

Bought to remove zero turn mower blades where I have limited room under the deck. Works great!

Light weight and gets the job done. Tons of power and excellent battery life. A great tool to add if you already have the 18v Ridgid platform.

I love the Rigid Power tools As a retired 40 year contractor, that's all I used! The warrantee of life time at depot is greater but I trust the product.

Works good for a mini compact impact wrench. Excellent product as long as you keep your expectations in check. For a good review of this go to project farms YouTube channel and do a search for it. Not an endorsement of project farm however, he does very good reviews of items like this. It was from his reviews that I bought this. And it works well for what it is.

I am beyond happy with this. Maybe I just got lucky but this thing will tighten lugs plenty tight. Just put it through the ringer doing a lift kit in a new bronce. From axel nuts to all the suspension bolts. We above and beyond my expectations! Get it!

I have a number of Ridgid tools, 1/2 impact, screw gun etc. I like the tools and they work very well, good ergonomics, power, etc. When I decided to purchase I looked at pricing at Home Depot and Amazon.ca. Amazon was cheaper so I purchased. The product has a regular warranty for 3 years. Ridgid also has a free extended warranty called LSA or Lifetime Service Agreement . Where batteries, chargers and tools have a lifetime warranty. I submitted my paperwork through Ridgid.ca and they would not except the Amazon receipt. This is rather concerning but oh well, I still like these tools. After I wrote this review I notice I should have read the product info that said the LSA warranty was not valid if purchased on Amazon..
