Compass 360 Ultrapak Ultra-Lite Rain Pants, X-Large, Black

I liked the top, so I purchased the pants.

I received these pants only to find they had 3 slices in them as if cut by a razor. They are so thin they remind me of plastic wrap for food.

Wore these at the Boy Scout National Jamboree. The held up great and kept me dry. Along with the Jacket it is the best light rain gear I have tried.

I ordered the XLarge. The quality I expected is there (I already owned the jacket) but what's up with the length of the pant legs?! To buy them large enough (Iassumed) to comfortably wear over regular pants the legs are way too long. That wouldn't be much of a problem if they could easily be hemmed up but there is a zipper on the lower part of the pant legs and a velcro adjuster on each. I'm going to order the size Large and see if that is better. It's my belief that the manufacturer makes them to wear without pants on underneath so they cut them slim.

If you hike like Guthook, just know these are a little bit see-through. And also they look like robot pants
