These work very well. I have been taking them for over 3 years & whenever I start having a "bum tum" I take them and I almost instantly feel better. You do have to let them do their work though and take them regularly for the maximum benefit.

So far it seems to be helping digestion but one never really knows. I say that because I still have obnoxious gas and I really don’t know if it’s assisting in digesting fats or not. I hope so.

If you have trouble digesting things like eggs, I've found these really help. The bottle says that each serving can help you digest 34g of fat, 16 g of protein, and 86 g of carbs. I don't know about all that, but I can tell you that I've found these to be very effective in helping me digest things that sometimes give me trouble. The capsules are clear gelatin and are easy to swallow. I've ordered and used these for about three years now, and I'm never without them!

As a person with FODMAP issues who sometimes likes to pretend they don't have FODMAP issues, these are a godsend. I carry them with me and pop a couple right before meals that I suspect may give me trouble. Sometimes I'll take them an hour or two before eating and that seems to work as well. Very rarely do I experience digestive symptoms after taking these. I wouldn't recommend relying on these daily and eating whatever you want all the time (not for FODMAP issues anyway, since those have a cumulative effect) but for someone like me who wants to have salsa with onions 1-2x/week, it's worth every penny.
