Modern Kiwi® Highlighter High Waist Nylon Leggings

Got these today. And yes I paid $18 but you do need to spend a little more for decent leggings. The ones that do not feel cheap and you cannot see through them. Material is everything depending on the look your going for, and these are the perfect material. Shiny I do believe they're nylon which does not bead and has a good stretch. Though I read that nylon can shrink so I suggest you do not dry these. I am 5'7 about 160 pounds so yes I am built bigger or what I like to call "thicker" but I love to show off my assets and these leggings do the trick. Great for skinny or thick they flatten your tummy and make your butt look amazing. May I add that theses leggings with the nylon or shiny material are great for women who want to hide all the imperfections aka cellulite on their skin. You cannot see through these at all looks great dressed down or up. The only tiny thing I dont like is that Im tall and the line that cuts off the stomach to the butt doesnt sit well on my rearend. But that is something Im willing to look over since they are sooooo comfortable and looks great! Oh did I mention these leggings were comfortable? They feel great!

I wore lots of tights and leggings before, but most of the times they got broken stitches or holes quickly. I ordered the Highlighter and the Everyday Slim High Waist ones to hope for a little more waist control after pregnancy and slim fit. Usually, I wear size 6 to 8 (Med to Large). I found the Everyday Slim one is thicker and more comfortable than the Highlighter, though I do like the shine on the Highlighter. However, after wearing both... I can see a little "stretch" on the stitiches and tiny holes already. I was hoping for a more long lasting stitches. After all, I do like them in terms of quality and price; and I hope they will last longer than my other old ones.

Let me start off by saying these are some of the comfiest thinner leggings I have ever bought. The waistband isn't so ridiculously tight that it squishes my stomach, the material is silky and feels good on my skin, and they are loose enough to be flexible without looking 10 sizes too big. However, I was expecting these to be much more yellow than they are. They are basically a goldenrod sort of colour, much like the stars used for ratings on amazon than something more like a smiley-face. I bought these with a costume in mind and I will use them for it and for everyday wear, but I wish the colour was more yellow and less orange.

I really like the material and fit of the leggings, but the reason I give it 3 stars is because I ordered the light blue color for my halloween costume and I got sent the gray ones and it’s too late to send it back since I need them for tomorrow. I’m sooooo disappointed that I didn’t get the specific color I ordered because now my costume is pretty much ruined :(

Maybe tight, shiny, mustard yellow trousers aren't everyone's pick but, these called out my name. I am a size eight in jeans and these pants are just a little quick on me, but not to the point of being unflatteringly tight. The fabric is also somewhat sheer. I would recommend a nude shade of underpants, if underpants are your thing. I wear mine with a light grey tee-shirt style bodysuit. My point is, a too dark or too bright a layer under these will be visible. I like these.

I'm 5'7" and I have some hips and thighs, so many "one size" leggings don't really fit me, either because they're too small or too short.But these leggings are great! They fit me very nicely. I love that they're high waisted, too, for the extra slimming effect. I own them in the Bordeaux and the Orange - both fit, but the Bordeaux is much more flattering on me. The orange is just too in-your-face and makes me feel like I'm from the 80s, so that pair hasn't gotten worn. The crotch seams are kinda weird looking, too, but it's not apparent in the darker colors. Overall, I'm really pleased with these and I will probably buy them in other colors!

Shinny smooth material like that of a summertime camisole. The waist is about, or less than half of what's in the picture, not higher than mid waist. Sitting may even pull the waist lower. Its mid level elasticity further reduced by the thinness with no added crotch make this piece suitable for medium or large if warmth is not required. Okay for small if a loose fit is desired.

Had to return them because they are slightly see through and I needed to wear them as pants for a costume. BUT they are VERY comfy! The material was soft and flexible and great if you wear them under a dress or a long sweater but that's not what I needed them for.
