This was a fun gift to place on my desk for a calming effect, but I couldn’t get the smoke to flow like it does is the product videos or photos. The scents were fine (they all smell almost identical) and were not very strong compared to other incense cones I’ve purchased since. Still a fun gift and I do like it on my desk.

It works nicely and looks very pretty and soothing when the smoke drops down. However, it forms creosote very quickly, which means you have to clean that up or it could cause a flame. Creosote is sticky and messy. I use a spray I use for my pellet stove's glass window to clean it; Rutland Creosote Remover. Arrows show creosote other residue. My attempt at cleaning was not a dedicated time, but I think I'll have to have a tooth brush to get into the intricate areas of the fountain. I gave it 4 stars due to the high maintenance. The cones smell nice, but you can buy different types as you wish.

It wasn't sent with any packaging; they didn't even tape the lid shut. I'm surprised it made it here with everything in it and in one piece. I bought this as a Xmas present, super glad I read the reviews. The "scents" aren't different, even in the sticks, which are just that, sticks. Everything smells like you lite a stick on fire and blew it out, it's horrible. The main burner wasn't broken and I got 2 tongs, so for the price I paid I'll just buy some actual backflow cones and through the sticks and cones away that came with it.

Beautiful like the pictures, scents not to strong or light. Beautiful and peaceful. My only complaint is I got 4 of the 5 scents advertised, but be nice if they were packed with what is what sent and color? Some are obvious with distinct colors but when missing 1 of the colors it can be hard to know. Other then that it's all good

I'm not UNhappy with it. The problem is the hole in the ceramic top is not positioned quite correctly and it is difficult to position the incense cone so the smoke actually travels done the steps in the front.It works fine as an incense burner and sometimes I can get it set right so it works as shown.That small flaw makes it not giftable, in my opinion.

This will not disappoint as a gift. I use 3 wicks at a time for stronger scent. This is a lovely piece to add to any mantle or space. Great price point.
