Great for at least now
The package came with only the roof parts and then I learned the rest would come in another shipment two additional weeks later. Customer service was quick to respond and offered a $20 reimbursement.Structure: at first I was skeptical, but once all together, it feels pretty solid and is attractive.Roof: These seem fairly flimsy, so I am not sure how long they will last, but having the structure, they could be replaced pretty easily.Assembly: I did it alone and it can be done. It would be much easier to do as a team, especially with all the overhead work and dropping parts while trying to get everything aligned in the roof panelsAdvice:1. Don't add the clips for the walls until it is completed. Then unscrew what's necessary and add them. They fly everywhere and are easy to lose.2. Use an Alan wrench drill bit with low torque. There are something like 200 screws, which gets old with the wrench supplied.3. All assemblies recommend putting screws in loose and once all together, tighten them. It's integral for this build, especially for roof.4. Be prepared to fight with the roof. Getting the sheets to set in the right grooves and line up to put the end caps on is frustrating, but it all works out if you try, adjust here, adjust there, and finally get it all right.5. There are a few places the instructions could be more explicit. For example, when assembling the spider like roof parts, the bottom plate is the one with all the holes and convex toward the sky. The top plate only has 2 holes and nests on top also convex toward sky.6. Lastly, don't even think about using the silly straight stakes they provide to secure it. I can't believe they suggest that. If in a yard, you need rebar stakes and guy lines. If on a deck, it needs long screws into at least a few floor joist.I am not sure what my opinion will be after maybe 2 years, which is the real test, but for right now, it's really beautiful/solid for the price, even if not the easiest build.

AVOID ITEM AND SELLER! CHEAP, FLIMSY AND INCOMPLETE , JUST THE ROOF?!
We only received 1 box, no parts, just plastic coated card board pieces that are supposed to be the roof. No netting, sides or legs!! Useless!! And they want us to pay for the return shipping of 1 oversized box of junk?!? Shame on you, Amazon. We will pursue this to get our money back. Buyers, BEWARE!!!Edited to add.. the seller claims another box is on its way and will be here A MONTH after the first box. This is unacceptable. They are fighting us to get our money back. AVOID THIS SELLER

Not a bad gazebo
So after a rough start with the first gazebo that was delivered with a box that was barely staying together. We went to put it together about two weeks after it was delivered and found four pieces missing four top rails. So put everything back in the box and message the sell. The sell had me take photos of all the parts we have and let them know exactly what was missing after a few weeks of back and forth communication they finally decided to just send me a new box.Once the new one arrived we were about doing get it all together. The assembly is a three or four person job. It’s an easy assembly but you need hands to hold and assist. The directions are okay not the best but okay. The gazebo went together very easily with no problems. The gazebo is very well built and we love how it lets some sun light in but not all and we stay dry when it rains and cool when the afternoon sun is out. Would recommend this gazebo

Pretty good!
After reading the reviews for this product I was a little hesitant to buy, but things have worked out well so far! I was given the span of a week in which it could be delivered and it showed up on the first day. It arrived in two packages, both in good shape. I saw that there had been several reviews from people saying they had missing pieces so the first thing I did was lay it all out and take inventory. Everything was there, and even included a few spare screws and hooks. It took 2 people approx 4.5 - 5 hours to assemble it, but to be fair I mostly just handed out pieces the entire time. I would recommend having a drill with the appropriate bit to make things go faster. The instructions were just okay. They could be clearer, but it was nothing that couldn't be figured out with a little logic. It comes with both mosquito netting and privacy curtains. Not sure yet on the quality of the mosquito netting, it feels a bit flimsy, but the privacy curtains seem to be decent quality. The one thing I would recommend the most is to invest in some quality anchors. This only comes with regular, flimsy tent stakes and the last thing you would want is for it to go flying away. I found some here on Amazon, set of 4 for $26 that had a ring attached. I put them in the ground and connected with a quick link. In addition I picked up some heavy weight bags for each leg. It feels pretty sturdy set up this way, but we are expecting our first storm with it tonight so we'll see how it holds up. Will update if any issues. I purchased the 10x10 size, and for what I paid (about $360), it's seems like a good value. It looks nice and gives protection from rain and sun, allowing us more time outside.

Love it!
This gazebo was a better price than a lot of them. Instructions are in pictures only. We hired someone to help us, and it took the three of us 5 hours to put together. We missed one step, so we had to go back and correct that, but all in all, it's not bad if you have 3 people, especially someone who can read design instructions. I recommend this highly - love it already!

Holes in the poly panels
We’ve had this up now for almost 2 years, 50% of the panels all have hundreds of little holes everywhere, the other panels have zero.I like the gazebo but now I’ll be trying to find replacement poly panels, and will have to tear it apart to do so.
