ORDRO LN-3 IR Light USB Rechargeable Infrared Night Vision Infrared Illuminator Replacement for DSLR Camera Photography Lighting Accessory

Bought this to attach to my camera with night mode to boost its range for ghost hunting, and wow, it looks great on the camera and works really well. Definitely recommend if you’re using any night vision gear.

The unit is small and has 20 IR lights (two rows of 10). You have a three-way switch: HALF (top 10); OFF; Full (all 20). Switching between HALF and FULL brightness does make a difference, and I found that in small to medium-sized rooms that HALF brightness was sufficient. I used the illuminator with a GoPro Hero 7 Black that has had its original lens changed for a Full Spectrum lens so that it can pick up infrared illumination. The IR Light illuminator works well indoors, and in my small back garden, it has a range of over 10 metres. Outside on the street, things were lit up at 20 metres. I did have a problem with the first unit that I bought: After just a few hours of use, only the top 10 lights of the first unit worked. I contacted the company, sent the original unit back, and ordered another unit. No problem, these things happen, and the replacement unit was quickly despatched and has worked with no trouble ever since.

However the overall quality in size is amazing.. it has a little bit of good quality weight to it but not heavy.. two different settings.. rechargeable not needing any batteries which is perfect for me connecting everything by USB or usb-c. Really good little gadget to have in your camera toolbox. I don't most of my filming at night so therefore this is just another asset to my collection.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For such a small unit the illumination is very good . Downside is ... if your hot shoe is recessed this item probably is not for you , unless you use it in a different way . I have a Sony hdr cx700 , don't fit , shame .

The nightvision function on this camera is really good but only works up to 30 foot this is due to the nightvision built in. However a must buy it’s a £30 night vision lamp from Amazon two different settings fantastic buy. Don’t forget when shooting in nightvision to change the ISO from two or 400 up to 32 or 6400 this will give you a greater range and brighter night vision. A must!

Exceptional quality and extremely useful

je possède un reflex défiltré, et ai toujours voulu avoir une source de lumière infrarouge : lorsque je suis par exemple en intérieur, je shoote au flash (ils émettent suffisamment d'IR). Mais j'avais toujours le souci de pouvoir faire correctement le point. Et bien ce petit appareil fait parfaitement l'affaire. Même sur le réglage minimum, en intérieur, ça éclaire suffisamment pour pouvoir correctement cadrer et faire la mise au point. La qualité perçue est bonne, ça ne fait pas trop "cheap". On va être clair, on peut tout à fait fabriquer quelque chose de similaire avec quelques diodes IR, mais là j'ai un objet réalisé a priori proprement, qui peut se monter sur une griffe de flash ou directement sur trépied, qui embarque sa source d'énergie rechargeable, pourquoi s'embêter ?

Ik heb deze lamp gekocht om bij weinig licht toch te kunnen spelen. Hij werkt perfect. De tracking van de oculus quest is prima. Aanrader! (Ps: je hebt er wel 2 nodig)

Questa piccola lampada a led IR è semplicemente fantastica, qualsiasi sia il suo campo di applicazione. E' davvero stupenda, anche se a vedersi quando ce l'avete in mano sembra un giocattolino. Però nulla di tutto ciò, soprattutto se paragonata alle foto dell'inserzione, dove viene, tra le altre cose, mostrata con qualche led saldato un po' storto. Nulla di più falso. I led IR sono 20, disposti su due file, e protetti ovviamente da un diffusore trasparente, che a sua volta è protetto da una di quelle pellicole trasparenti antigraffio. E' arrivata parzialmente carica. Il connettore per la ricarica è di tipo micro USB, e si trova nella parte inferiore della lampada. Nella parte superiore troviamo un piccolo interruttore a slitta e sopra di esso al centro un minuscolo led per indicazione di carica, o di accensione. E' a tre posizioni: ALL-OFF-HALF. In posizione HALF si accende la sola fila dei 10 led IR superiori, mentre in posizione ALL si accendono tutti. E' un dispositivo per illuminazione notturna eccezionale, e come tale va usato in abbinamento ad apparati dotati di funzione NIGHT VISION. Trattasi di una torcia IR a raggi infrarossi, pertanto non visibile ad occhio nudo, e soprattutto dall'occhio umano, se non tramite l'uso di determinati accorgimenti. Non aspettatevi perciò di volerla provare e vederla accendersi come una qualsiasi torcia, perchè non è così. Però si può vedere un piccolo puntino rosso accendersi al centro di ogni led, ad indicare che la torcia funziona. Non si riesce a vedere il fascio di luce che emette davvero, se non attraverso l'uso di un dispositivo per visione notturna. il prodotto è veramente valido e fa davvero tanta luce anche già a metà della sua potenza (in posizione HALF). Oltretutto anche una delle poche torce IR che si riescono a trovare sul mercato, ed è veramente ben fatta e costruita. Piccola curiosità: diversamente da quanto scritto sul lato destro della pagina di descrizione del prodotto, vicino alle opzioni di acquisto, ossia riguardo la possibilità di eventuale applicazione di dazi (poichè il prodotto arriva dal Regno Unito), non è stato applicata alcuna tassa aggiuntiva, ne in fase di pagamento, ne tantomeno alla consegna. Sentito Amazon prima della consegna, mi avevano garantito che non sarebbero stati applicati dazi, in quanto gli stessi normalmente si trovano applicati nel carrello al checkout, e se diversamente il corriere, alla consegna mi avesse chiesto delle spese aggiuntive, Amazon (previo invio della fattura di queste tasse) me le avrebbe rimborsate totalmente in quanto non stimate o previste in fase di acquisto. Comunque così non è stato e il pacco è arrivato come una consegna normale. Oltretutto, nonostante sia stato fermo per due giorni alla dogana di MOUSCRON in Belgio (ovviamente non perchè era il mio pacco, ma insieme a tanti altri), è stato consegnato un giorno prima. Meglio di così.....

Funktioniert einwandfrei auch auf größere Distanzen ( 5-10m) keine Ahnung was die Schlechten Rezensionen hier bekommen haben oder glauben wie es funktioniert (vielleicht scheitert es daran) ?
