Good product Worth the price with Alkaline,Copper,R.O can surel think over if u r looking for an all-rounder type water purifier but make sure u install separate filter candles to the inlet to use the purifier for a long time without any hassle

Best product if looking for ss tank
Like the look, taste of water and best thing is storage tank is steel not plastic. Been a month using this and not facing any issues so far.

Delivery and installation within two days.. working well
Delivered next day and installed the very next day of delivery. Delivery Executive was gentle man and neatly done the installation work. The machine working at maximum pressure of 30 PSI and in my flat it is 60 PSI so they have installed the pressure control valve for reducing the pressure and it costed me separately approx ₹1000 which is totally worth the quality for long term use. Thanks Team.

Good product, service needs to be better.
I bought this product 15 months back from Amazon. No doubt the product is good, water quality is also very good and consistent over a period of 15 months. However,HAVELS support service needs a lot of improvement. During AMC the technician broke the pre filter components and wants me to pay the price for replacement. After filter elements changeover the service engineer was taken back the old filters. I have never seen this before in any servicing, where old filter elements were collected back by the company. Most likely they are reusing those old filters and sell to their customers. I need continuous one week customer care follow up to visit a their service engineer for completing the job, that too very unsatisfactory work. Very very poor Services from HAVELS. Writing this review from Sector 56, Gurugram. Concerned service engineer was Mr. Asutosh.
