Clever Fox Planner Premium – Undated Weekly & Monthly Planner Organizer for Productivity & Time Management, A5 (Aquamarine)

I started bullet journaling about five or six years ago and, while I love the concept, they were taking me waaaay too long to create myself, even just a simple version without all the fancy artwork I've seen people do in theirs on YouTube. Every year I'd tweak the way I created the pages from the year before, eliminating the stuff I thought I'd use but hadn't, adding new things, trying different layouts. I even sent away to America for James Clear's Habit Journal because I liked the dedicated habit tracking pages. But it was still too much graft to set up the diary pages. And it only had two bookmarks. I began to resent the amount of time I had to spend drawing these things up every December. I was trying to improve my productivity, fergawdsakes, so having to create the flippin' bullet journals seemed entirely counter-productive! And so began my search for the ideal pre-printed journal/planner... Most of the pre-printed ones I found had something off-putting about them. They were either too flowery, had stupid illustrations or naff typefaces, or the layouts lacked something one way or another. They weren't grown-up enough, mostly. I wanted something I wouldn't be embarrassed to open in a client meeting, essentially, but still had all the planning/logging/reflection aspects I like. When I looked at the page designs of this Clever Fox planner, it seemed to me like they'd been designed by someone who'd lived my journey and felt my pain. But, unlike me, they'd had the savvy to go out there and get their ideal planner made into a real thing. And for that I am truly grateful to them. I'm looking forward to the new year, when I can get this baby started! Everything about it is just really well thought out. The cover is sturdy and handsome, the paper is nice and thick, there are three bookmarks, the folder inside the back page isn't going to rip because the sides are made of a silky fabric, the sticker sets are more usable than any other stickers that have ever come with a diary/notebook I've had before. Some of them are purely decorative/inspirational, but that's quite good; the folks at Clever Fox have hit a good balance there, I think. And the amount of dotted blank pages at the back is really generous. It's nice and minimalist, it's clean, it's tidy, and you can jazz it up a bit if you so desire. So. That's that. A week to a fortnight of time saved every December by not having to sit with a pen and ruler for hours on end drawing up every week of the new year (and inevitably making annoying mistakes), when I'd rather be practising my guitar or watching Christmas movies on Netflix. In a nutshell: if you're anything like me, buy one of these. You won't be disappointed. Update October 2022: One year on from my original review, I just wanted to add that I've bought another for 2023. And it is highly likely I'll buy another this time next year, supposing I'm still alive. Update April 2024: Yup, I bought another for this year. This has become a thing. Still loving this planner! Update September 2025: Just bought my new Clever Fox for 2026. Still a thing in my world. Happy days!

I have tried uncountable planners in my life and this is by far the best one I've come across! I've given Bullet Journaling a fair chance for over two years, but I ended up only drawing up the pages, and not actually fill them in (and never actually doing the tasks) but this one really ticks all the boxes (for my needs that is) and more. The pages are sturdy and do not bleed through (at least not with the pens that I've been using; a combination of Pilot G-Tec-C pens & Staedler markers). The photo does not give an accurate colour of the green planner, it is a perfect forrest green. In the beginning I was worried that the monthly overview pages weren't placed after each of the four weekly spreads, but I found a way to work around that with labels (as you can see in the photos), so I can easily flip back and forth between the current week and the monthly overview. All the monthly overview pages are placed after each other, and then all the weekly spreads are placed after each other. There are empty dotted pages at the very end so I also put in a monthly label for those pages if I have written anything in there for that month. There is a pen loop and a pocket in the back and I also use the very front of the book to write in my Key structure and colour codes. It also has three bookmark ribbons and since I bought the deluxe version I got it delivered in a beautiful box with stickers and a ribbon to keep the book closed which make it a beautiful gift as well. The planner has good writing prompts for setting monthly goals and to review the months and it covers 12 months of planning If I should look at it with a critical eye I would move the pen loop more to the center and not as close to the top as it is, it is a good sized book because of it's brilliant pages which make it on the heavier side (mine is currently 527grams) which is good to know if you are an avid traveller and want to keep the weight to a minimum. You still got to do the tasks tho', which is a bummer, but with this planner I find myself more likely to do them because I just want to open it up every morning and cross out the items, but I do find myself procrastinating on my real work from time to time even with this planner, by say, writing Amazon reviews (which aren't even written in the planner) when I am supposed to be doing more critical and time sensitive work, and this book unfortunately really doesn't help with that. But overall, super happy with the purchase, so much so that this is my very first Amazon review because it really deserves all the praise & I will be buying it again!

Bought this planner for several years now and it never disappoints. It has enough room for recording appointments. It has just enough space for my habit trackers -anymore and it would be overwhelming. I can add a weekly quote if I wish, or use the space for notes a small drawing. Plenty of note space at the back - I use a couple of pages for telephone numbers. And then there are the lovely stickers that comes with it for use o the weekly or monthly calender. I have planned my year and reviewd my goals. It allows me to see where I need to put my energy, be it family, finance or rest and relaxation. A fabulous A5 planner.

This on the whole is a good way to manage goals, break them down but it has it's faults, firstly it's not obvious there are quarterly goals sections and the stickers are not enough to cover the year for repeated tasks and you can't order replacements. This is also very American so stickers reflect that and its not general enough i.e recording gym sessions should be about recording exercise in general. All in all a nice concept but could be better executed.

This is the first time I have tried an undated planner, so it is a bit different in that the weekly pages are necessarily separate from the monthly pages. However, since there are 3 ribbon dividers, they are all easily accessible - I have used the 1st to indicate the current month, the 2nd for the week, and the 3rd for the note pages at the back. I have only used the first week so far, but I like the daily pages on the left and the other, more detailed sections on the right. I especially like the habits/skills daily check sheet - there are 7 areas one can use (so far I have only put in 4 things), and then, obviously you can change your daily repeated tasks as necessary. I also really appreciated having the choice of so many colors for the planner - the "gift box" was gorgeous, and liked having the "how it works" instructions available for download. The cover is good quality, the pages are clean looking and easy to read. In the front the planner has pages for your vision, life purpose, passions, skills, affirmations, main goals, so it helps to keep you on track. Inside the back cover there is a pocket which can be used to keep flat items or receipts. The elastic closure and pen loop (which seems to be sewn in) are added benefits. I often buy planners and then don't really make good use of them, but this one is so beautiful (light blue) that it makes me want to use it more often. Also, even though I am only at the very beginning, all of the pages lie almost perfectly flat, so you can leave it open without it closing up by itself. Therefore, it can be left open on your desk or workspace to facilitate its use, and it is easy to write even up to the inside edges of the pages. From what I see now, it is a very pretty, sturdy and well thought-out planner

Es una agenda muy interesante y de muy buena calidad, se siente lo premium desde que llega el paquete. En lo personal me encanta que ofrece el plus de mejorar no sólo la parte productiva sino tambien la vida personal. El papel es grueso y hasta el momento no se ha traspasado ninguna tinta. Me gusta mucho ademas que si la abro no se cierra a pesar de ser cosida y los tres separadores que tiene. Lo único que dejaría a consideración es que las hojas para planificar el mes (12) vienen al inicio y pensé que estarían al inicio de cada mes, no me afecta pero estaría bien considerarlo a la hora de adquirirla. Sin duda una agenda muy hermosa y que vale lo que cuesta.

I like it a lot, I feel a lot less stressed about planning. It’s also very good quality.

I’ve been using agendas/planners for a while now, but this one in particular is awesome. It has everything I was looking for. I used the regular version of this planner in 2025 and really enjoyed it, but for 2026 I decided to upgrade. This planner includes all the features of the larger planners—without being too bulky—which is perfect for me since I sometimes like to carry it in my purse. If you’re like me and enjoy writing things down and checking them off as you get things done, and you’re looking for a planner that works not only for scheduling but also for habit tracking, planning ahead, and staying motivated to reach your goals, this is the best planner I’ve found on Amazon.
