This doesn’t come with a plastic bottle or wasteful (in my case) hair conditioner. You just need to buy a container and a brush for hair coloring (like ones a stylist uses at the salon) and you are good to go. Brown covers gray better than burgundy. You will need more than 1 box if you want to treat the entire hair unless you have a short hair.

This is my favorite hair color of all time! It covers my gray outgrowth completely in just 10–15 minutes, which is so convenient. The color looks natural, leaves my hair soft and shiny, and doesn’t have a strong chemical smell. I’ve tried other brands, but I always come back to this one. I recently tried the 6 Medium Brown shade of this hair color and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike other brands where you have to wait for ages, this one processes in just ten minutes! It's also much less irrattating. The color turned out to be a nice, dark brown, which was exactly what I was looking for—definitely darker than a medium brown, so keep that in mind when choosing your shade. The best part is, it covers gray completely, so no more waiting around for 20 minutes just to the effect! I hope they keep the quality consistent because I'll definitely be using this again.

Out of all the inexpensive brands I’ve tried, this one seems to have little if any ammonia, which is a huge plus. It doesn’t sting, has a much milder scent, and doesn’t give me a headache. The color covers my grays really well and actually lasts. It also doesn’t take too long to apply and process, which I really appreciate. My hair feels soft afterward, not dry or damaged. Also, I noticed Amazon sells this about a dollar cheaper per tube than the local Chinese supermarkets like Marina or Ranch 99, so I definitely prefer buying it online for the convenience and savings. Highly recommended if you want gentle, effective gray coverage that works especially well for Asian hair.

I love these quick, mix-what-you-need dyes. It's fast, doesn't stain skin, and really easy to use. And cheap! I have asian hair with very white patches and wanted something to do my white roots. I have used dyes before that made the white kind of orangey, but this color - #6 medium brown - is just right. The box makes it look reddish brown, but it came out a nice dark brown without being too red, light, or too black. Perfect!

i usually buy these at our local store, but Amazon has them with better price. Like them: easy to use, color looks great, and most importantly no unpleasant odor.
