This kit came with everything necessary to do a good, professional back glass swap. I had a heat gun, an exacto knife, and a bottle of rubbing alcohol in addition to what came in the package, but I'm confident I could have done just as well with just a hair dryer and the included tools and wipes. The fit is absolutely perfect and the adhesion is very strong if you've properly cleaned the surfaces. Five star product for sure, no complaints whatsoever.

I had gotten hydraulic oil in my charging port on my Note 9 and it was causing Wet Charging Port Alert, also speaker became intermittently fuzzy, and eventually the screen color displayed faded. I began charging wirelessly but decided since the back cover was cracked, I would replace the port and cover. This product came with the complete back cover and all the tools I needed except a heat gun. I would heat about 3 inches on the edge and pry it up at a time. Cauteous not to get the phone too hot. It has the clear protective insert to cover camera lenses (but after installation, I found I had to go back and remove a light green tint film on the inside of the lens protective sheild) and the fingerprint reader is reusable. It came pre-glued, but my only complaint is that when I removed the glue strip cellophane off of the new back cover, the glue seemed a little dry and did not want to stick on one side. I put a little heat on it and added 6 more rubber bands than the three that were included. After 10 hours, I took them off just now and it seems to be fine. Changing the back cover is probably a 30 minute job for a novice once you get everything together, but it took me longer because I had to remove several parts to replace my Charger Port. All my problems have resolved so far with two hours usage. Good luck😀

When applying this back to the phone, I realized it did not have a fingerprint reader with it, so the old one had to be used. That was the only issue I ran into with this back. It was easy to put the back on and it looks great.

Works excellently. I had to do it twice. Not the sellers fault, I forgot to attach the fingerprint reader the first time

All the adhesion on the back glass and everything was protected! Came will all the tools needed. Make sure you have a heat gun to get the previous back off. Great Product!!!

The install was not easy. And after install my fingerprint reader does not work at all. I'm very annoyed and disappointed.
