This really helped my dry sinuses get some relief after my sinus surgery. Thankfully my turbinates have healed since then and I can breathe a lot better WITHOUT this product now. But it definitely helped when I needed it at the time for sure thankfully.

It really does keep your nostrils moisturized

If you have any problems with dry nose this is the product for you works better then any sprays

...For some reason, in the past several years, I've developed scabbing inside my nostrils. I guess I might have chronic rhinitis or something, and I've been going crazy trying to figure out how to treat it since I figure an ENT will just put me on allergy meds, which I am already taking anyway, and send me on my way. I finally happened on some information about this product. I wasn't expecting it to work better than petrolatum jelly. I was SO WRONG. This stuff is lovely. It doesn't make all my issues go away but the inside of my nose does not hurt anymore and it's easier to clear it when it gets stuffy. I do notice a little bit of an astringent scent, but it is not strong or offensive to me, and I have a pretty good sense of smell despite all my issues. I use it at bedtime (among other times) and I don't wake up in the middle of my sleep cycle anymore with my nose blocked up. Brilliant product.

This did nothing to alleviate my nasal congestion from allergic rhinitis. It seems fine at moisturizing, but I was looking for a product with rhinitis relieve. This is not it and is inappropriately named in my opinion.

I acquired this product to alleviate my mother’s nasal bleeding, which was precipitated by her use of nighttime oxygen. Having endeavored with numerous other remedies to no avail, I turned to this particular item upon a friend's recommendation. She administers it to the interior of each nostril with a cotton bud in the evening before retiring and before employing her nighttime oxygen. Within the span of a week, her affliction with nosebleeds and discomfort had ceased. The product performed as claimed and significantly enhanced her nocturnal comfort. I am most gratified.

I have been using a Neti pot twice daily for 19 years. It has been a life changer for me as I have not had to be on antibiotics for sinus infections 2 to 4 times each year. Everything in life has pros and cons and unfortunately washing away your mucosa is not good long term. I was searching for salves or cream to ease discomfort that had developed and found this product. It is great! No nose is no longer sore, it moisturizes and at the same time opens my sinuses. I still use the Neti, but only once or twice per week. For those of you too young to have ever used a metal tube, squeeze GENTLY from the end of the tube, flattening as you go. The product comes easily so a light touch goes a long way. Also, to open the tube there is a point on the outside of the cap that is used to puncture the foil tip. Push it all the way in while holding the tube gently not to mash it. This is one of those products that I wish I had know about years ago because it would have made life much better.

Nasal gel will relieve the tight dry feeling .. clear moist gel .. apply as needed .. will buy again .. a little goes a long way

Good to put inside nose, lubricated well and pleasant to use after using saline nasal spray. Safe good ingredients. Works well to protect against infections and prevents scabs, nosebleeds and discomfort. Pairs well with Sterimar spray and seabuckthorn oil oral capsules.

I personally found the lubricating aspects to diminish quite quickly.

Soothing gel, works a treat without causing a blockage. I seem to sniff a little more of I use it during the days so I tend to use it more at night.

Temporarily relieves my dry nasal symptoms when needed. Only just small enough to carry in handbag.
