Good product but WARNING: Dosage suggested is DANGEROUS
This is a good quality product however you should do your own research about the correct dosage and not rely on the spurious suggestion on the label of this bottle. I've been taking this as advised on the bottle - 100mg per day for about 2.5 years. Now I'm quite a big chap. For the last six months or so I've been having a number of intestinal pains and discomforts as well as other health problems associated with zinc poisoning.... Nausea, Tiredness, Low energy, Lethargy, Dizziness, Light-headedness, Tingling or numbness, Muscle weakness, Irritability and my GP was treating me on the assumption it was Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It was not. It was chronic zinc poisoning The recommended MAXIMUM daily dose for adults is around 40mg, apparently. Now whilst I appreciate that the manufacturer wants to punt more tablets, I believe they have a responsibility to provide information about dosage which is not going to cause harm. Whilst these tablets are ok... it is important to ignore the suggested dose if you do not wish to end up with zinc poisoning, potentially also liver and kidney damage.

DON'T take the dosage on the bottle
I wish I had read up on the actual dosage we need a day before taking the 4 tabs as directed on the bottle. I threw them along with my dinner 30 minutes later........ if I take these again will be 1 or even half of 1 as my stomach said no.

Appears to be good
I occasionally take Zinc as it's good to fight infections, not that I had one. Something prompted me to get some, that's all. I found these tablets to be good and I just take one a day. The usual daily allowance should be around 25mg. This is 50mg per tablet and they are chelated which aids absorption into the body. Some people have said they're too big. Not so, just slightly thicker than some others but certainly nowhere near being big or too chunky to swallow. No taste or absorbency rating because neither applies to them.
