correct size
I was not a fan of these colored rulers. There is nothing wrong with them except for me it's a little hard to read because the colors are a little darker than I liked.

Adequate
The ruler that I used had a plastic lip that was not straight, had to file it down so that it was a straight line lol. If using it just for measurements it’s probably fine, but if you want to use it to draw straight lines perhaps that’s why there are three in the bag
