Fun for all!
This game is perfect. It's trivia mostly but with a cool twist of age diversity. A little tricky to understand at first but after reading the instructions and playing once, we got it. We love to play with teams. Having one grandparent, one parent and one kid at least on each team to make it fair because there are questions from all generations. Everyone feels included and even if you only know an answer or two from your own generation, this really helps your team and you feel like a pro....even my parents and my elementary school age children. This is honestly the first game ever that EVERY single family member loves to play and can't wait to play again. (even the grumpy grandpa who hates board games & usually goes to watch tv when we bring them out) I would highly recommend this game to any family. We laugh and talk about it for a week each time we play. It is good clean fun and family entertainment for less than going to a movie or pretty much anywhere and excellent bonding too!! Just do it, you won't be disappointed by this one!! I am hoping they come out with new challenge cards to purchase as we have gone through a bunch of them even though they only come up a handful of times each game. You have to land on a specific square and there are only 4 of them but that is the most fun because you have to hum a song or do a dance but nothing embarrassing. It cracks me up every time!!

Great Game for Large Families and Parties
A friend recently introduced us to this game and we immediately loved it so we ordered our own. We've played it a number of times since. The questions for your own generation are really pretty easy but those from other generations seem next to impossible! It really encourages putting together teams that are multi-generational. Fun for family reunions, cookouts, graduation parties, or anywhere with a wide range of ages and time for fun. Highly recommend!

Family fun for all generations!
First impression after opening Mind the Gap Trivia game was the high quality and organized packaging. This is more than a game as I found it to bring all family members together. You will comfortably fit into your own generation and feel that you bring a knowledge that perhaps your children or parents can learn from and vise versa. In many ways it is a stroll down memory lane yet amazing to realize how smart your children and parents are when it comes to the questions you will not have a clue. This is definitely a five-star gift to all families and friends and I understand this game is based on the genius of a smart, strong and fun loving family. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. Totally worth every penny.

Fun Time With Kids
I bought this to play with my now adult children. I thought the 1990s generation was called Generation Y and the 2000s Generation was called the Millennials. Apparently, that is not the case and the 1990s are the Millennials. The directions are a bit confusing. Ideally having teams and people of varying ages is best but it says on the box that just 2 people can play. So far, we have had a lot of fun playing this game. Never having had a good memory and being born right at the end of the Boomer/Start of Gen X - I struggle trying to remember answers and tend to have to guess a lot of the Gen Z questions. Of course, the boys had some trouble with the Boomer questions. What is great about the game is you can alter how you play it in different ways and still have a lot of fun. It was good to get away from the cell phones, laptops and televisions and just have fun and laughter as a family again.

Could not stop laughing!!
So! Much! Fun! My boyfriend and I bought this game after his sister raved about it and we could not be happier! We have played it on a family beach trip with ages ranging from 16 y.o all the way up to my 80+ grandma as well as with the neighbors. Both times everyone was laughing to the point of tears!!! The trivia questions are fun and not outrageously difficult like some Trivial pursuit questions can be. May just take a few turns depending on what Generation you’re in. And the challenge cards are hilarious!! I think watching my boyfriend try to act out Mary Poppins, when he “says” he’s never seen the movie :D paid for the game in that one turn!! And Humming a theme song is pretty hard when you can’t stop laughing. Bottom line I would definitely recommend this game!!

Multi-Generational Trivia Game
This is THE trivia game for the whole family. My kids, their grandmother, and I have been playing this game for our family game nights and we have had a blast! The questions are familiar and not impossible, and we all appreciated the act out challenges. With more families spending time together across the generations comes a need for a game that is relatable for Boomers and Gen Z and everyone in between. Our players ranged in age from 10 to 60s. If you have a larger family, I highly suggest teaming up (particularly across the generations). The best part was seeing my kids laugh with their grandmother while they played.

Best trivia game we've ever played!
Mind the Gap is the best trivia game! We liked that the topics were relatable and familiar - not like some trivia games that make you feel stupid for not knowing 17th century literature! These questions revolve around pop culture from different generations so you're going to know a lot of the answers - even from generations not your own. We played with our family which included people from 12 to 84 - all four of the generations! We made sure to have team members from each of the age groups which helped us move around the board a lot quicker. I have never laughed so hard! The challenge cards were especially fun - ever tried humming Vanilla Ice Ice Baby? Not as easy as it sounds! We highly recommend this game!!

Awesome trivia game. Questions from 4 generations of people. Best if teams are divided up with young and old people on each team.
