NoiseblockerCompatible NB-eLoop Fan B14-PS - 140mm PWM

I use this fan as an exhaust fan for my recently built gaming PC. I did a lot of research and ended up with this fan because:* It has a great dBA/cfm (sound to airflow) ratio in real world testing.* It is PWM controlled* It is well made with a solid warranty.* And it is white, so I can add Phanteks Halos Lux Digital LED 140mm Fan Frame Alum, Black (PH-FF140DRGBA_BK01)and give it my PC a little cosmetic enhancement. Together they look pretty awesome.Under normal, non-stressed conditions, I have it running at about 800 RPM..silence...but will rev to to 1200 if things get hot inside the chassis and even then...silence.As an exhaust fan there isn't much air pressure to worry about, but it would probably do a very decent job on a radiator, though I would probably choose a Noctua fan if I didn't mind the ugly colors.

Very quiet, lots of air flow, sturdy, and look great! Got them for the high static pressure to attach to a 280mm radiator after LinusTechTips mentioned them in one of the videos, and was not disappointed. Enthusiast-quality fans, worth the high price.

Super quiet, great performance

extremely quiet when used in certain configurations, but also prone to an annoying whine depending on placement. Do not use in pull/exhaust mode with a radiator.

Super silent and efficient. Might be problematic since they are 29mm think instead of the usual 25 so make sure you have enough clearance.

So quiet I have to check if these are actually on every now and then.

very quiet, but that has to do with the very low RPM. move a good amount of air at max speed. but static pressure is abysmal, if you are thinking about getting these for radiators, don't. there is a 1400 RPM version available (without PWM) which is much better for rads. alternatively you can go for EK vardar or noctua fans.

Very quiet fans and pull a good amount of heat. Will buy more to replace my case fans.

I wanted a replacement for the extremely loud 140mm NZXT fan on my AIO. NB-eLoop makes a good first impression by being pretty quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it falls flat in performance. Where my old fan could keep my CPU at around 66-70C, the B14 went as high as 80C. Unacceptable loss of performance in my opinion. Especially for a fan tat is meant to be optimised for water coolers.

I'm a big fan....of these fans.Jokes aside they are brilliant, exceptional performance and very quiet. Win win.

Der Lüfter sieht gut aus läuft in sich ruhig uns lässt sich gut ansteuern wegen der Drehzahl. Solange ich den Lüfter benutze um die erwärmte Luft direkt aus dem Gehäuse zu blasen gibt es keine Probleme. Möchte ich den Lüfter aber zum ansaugen von Frischluft benutzen und montiere ihn direkt hinter ein Lüftungsgitter dann entsteht ein nerviges Ansauggeräusch das mehr oder weniger über das ganze Drehzahlband hörbar ist. Lässt man zwischen Lüfter und Lüftungsgitter 10mm Platz dann ist das Geräusch weg.

Ich benötigte 2 140mm Lüfter, die a) einen hohen Luftdruck erzeugen können, aber auch b) ruhig oder gar leise im Luftsrom seien sollten. Bin von NOCTUA 140mm Industrial Lüftern auf diese beiden umgestiegen und bereue es nicht. Die NoiseBlocker haben einen ähnlich hohen Luftdruck bei voller Leistung, sind aber nur halb so laut wie die Noctua auf voller Leistung: NB max 1400 U/min gegen Noctua 3000 U/minPreislich sind die NoiseBlocker dabei auch noch günstiger als die Noctua. Daher erfolgte die gesammte Umstellung meiner custom Wasserkühlung auf diese Noiseblocker Lüfter. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für Leute die Wert auf hohen Luftdruck, aber angenehm leise Laufruhe legen. JEDERZEIT WIEDER.

Habe bereits 2x eLoop 140mm B14-2 (900 U/min) als Gehäuselüfter verbaut und wollte nun die PWM Variante mit 1.200 U/min für meinen Radiator testen.Im Gegensatz zu den beiden B14-2 Lüftern gibt dieser leider ein Brummen von sich, welches schon etwas stört.Auch per PWM runtergeregelt auf 900 U/min ist der Lüfter lauter als die beiden anderen. Das Brummen ist nach wie vor da.Für mich daher ein Montagsmodell oder der Umgang seitens Händler/ Post war nicht ideal :/Aber man muss auch anmerken: Leistungstechnisch steht dieser Lüfter außer Konkurrenz!
