DO NOT BUY Dibea Robotic Vacuums!
It backs up and goes around in circles then repeats. This is the 2nd Dibea I've purchased in 4 years; this one(D 500 Pro) and a Model D 960 both started doing this crazy routine that made it useless. Buyer Beware, Chinese junk!!!

Great vacuum
**update***While the vacuum is good, unfortunately the dirt bin is broken now. I can’t open it as before. I changed the numbers of stars ***Love this vacuum! It works better than any other robot vacuum.

Worked for a year
I liked it for the year it worked, and then it wouldn’t charge even though the lights were on. I cleaned the heads, replaced the battery (very difficult to find) but it still doesn’t work. I’m back to square one

Now drives backwards if at all. Works well at first, but lacks quality. Disappointment
