I might be biased but I love it.
I am extremely happy with this purchase. Full disclosure.... My username on, well everything, has been bmax547 for years. This is because of my name and I would be lying if I said I didn't buy this thing that I am currently typing to you on specifically because of that. Now that we have that out of the way, other than my kids' school sites looking a bit fuzzy at times, I have yet to be let down. I'll let you all know in two and a half years if it is totally outdated or falls apart like every Dell or HP that I have ever owned but, by then it will be too late and I promise that I will be genuinely sorry about this.

Beats a Chromebook, hands down
Update: The battery on this model eventually ended up expanding, causing the laptop to fail. It wasn't noticeable until it started pushing up on the keyboard. Either the battery or laptop has a charging issue, or the materials used within the battery are degraded, leading to gas build-up inside. Either way, this leads to a fire hazard and the brand has been placed on our do-not-buy list for anything with a built-in battery. Their mini PCs are good, but anything with a battery will be avoided (pictures to come)Original Text:The price-point of this model puts it neck to neck with the Chromebook models out there, only with the power of Windows 10. So much better! We find that the Chrome OS is boring and lacks anything beyond the experience that could be considered a small step up from a basic tablet. What makes it worth talking about is that 8GB of RAM is a perfect starting point for Windows 10 and plenty enough if you decided to go with Linux instead (stay away from the 4GB solutions out there as you'll eventually find yourself disappointed with their performance). This is a great option for users at home looking to get onto the web, check their mail, stream their favorite shows, or even play some games in the cloud (just not installed games that require a solid video card and high-end hardware). It would also work great in the corporate world as well for a general workstation. The drive inside is indeed M.2, however, it is SATA and not PCIe (and they do mention this). Not much of a surprise given the price of everything, and absolutely necessary to remain modern in today's evolving industry of PCs. Especially if you are looking for a thin-profile laptop like this while hoping that it actually works.Sadly, there aren't any USB-C ports to play with but you do at least get two USB 3.0 ports. We are so tired of PC manufacturers sneaking USB 2.0 ports into modern designs to this very day. You can see this in our review of theirs. For this one, they are both USB 3.0, so that's a plus. You also get a mini HDMI out (but no cable, so you're on your own there), a headset jack, and a microSD slot. The touchpad is huge and responsive with a multi-point touch. It works quite well and the size is good if you use drawing/photo software. The screen looks great. It isn't the best screen we have come across or anything, but it is crisp and clear for the price point and does it a lot of justice. It is not a touch-screen *(in case there is any confusion or question of this). Part of the page had mentioned this clearly in a form of a typo. As long as they fix that, it shouldn't reflect the quality of the actual product.Once you make it through the Windows setup screen and you land into the desktop, you may notice (we did) that the installed Google Chrome browser is in Chinese. You can change this or reinstall Chrome to fix this. Everything else seems to be fine. Honestly, we couldn't dock it any points for that. It is a laptop developed by a Chinese company that's trying to break out to the rest of the world. Baby-steps.Again, when it comes to gaming, this is an entry-level laptop that kills at being an entry-level laptop, but it isn't a high-end laptop that is going to kill at gaming for directly installed games. There is no embedded Nvidia chipset or anything. However, it should do just fine with cloud-hosted gaming since most of the resources are being spent within the cloud, allowing most any PC to be able to take part.All-in-all, we really like this laptop for an entry-level solution for those that don't need a lot of power, yet still want something that is powerful enough to actually work. We have come across many 4GB solutions within this price range, and all of them didn't fare so well by us score-wise. This one hits the nail right on the head and marches forward as you'd expect. A very nice surprise and competes well within its range.**If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so we know. This helps us to provide quality feedback in the future.

you can use this computer to do programming and even build database
I absolutely love this laptop so far I'm still getting to know this laptop if there is any drawbacks for me its the fact that the words are dull on the screen and I'm near sighted. So its a bit fuzzy and I only get the trial version of Microsoft words.

Beautiful laptop!
Fast operation, clear, bright screen. Looks beautiful generally, nice charcoal grey finish nice and slim. For the money can’t be beat. The only hiccup was that google was in Chinese characters and it took some doing to figure out how to change it. Maybe the settings could be set so that when the laptop is being sent to non- Chinese speaking countries it could be set accordingly.

Cheap quality, but works ok for the most part
I bought this computer to use for things I can't use my MacBook for. It does not come with any Adobe software, so if you are military you won't have features necessary for digital signatures. It's been about 6 months and the trackpad for the mouse already quit so I have to get a wireless mouse and that makes me question what is going to be bad in the next 6 months. Overall, I think I'd just spend the extra money for something I am sure will still work in a year or two.

Great entry level machine
So far, so good. Im no tech genius, but it was pretty simple to set up. When I tried opening a Chrome browser, it was in Chinese, even though I'd told it to use English in the original set up. Excited to use it. It seems very fast and responsive This is a good value.

If it sounds too good to be true. It is.
Purchased this think it would be a decent laptop deal for the price, boy was I wrong. This is made as cheap as humanly possible. The keyboard buttons are sticky, the material is flimsy and fragile, and im pretty sure this thing is made of literal spare parts.I didn't crack it open because I knew immediately I was returning this junk. but I wonder if the 8gb ram and 256 gb storage is even whats inside this laptop. They know that they're selling junk too. Because it comes in this super nice cardboard all pretty and painted and the unboxing feels exciting to create the illusion the product your getting is of genuine quality. The only thing I can speak of that wasn't trash is the LCD 1080p screen. It looked clean and crisp but thats where whats good about this thing stops.Upon immediately plugging in and booting up im presented with the normal windows startup screen. Choose a language, okay simple enough, English. 5 minute wait later im presented with an error code OBSLANGUAGE so i dig into trouble shooting that 20 minutes later im presented with the same results over and over.Okay, so command prompt isn't working, and now I've just resorted to clicking a non-english language to pass through the system and see if I can change it later.Nope, on the next screen it asks IN ENGLISH to pick a region. But guess what regions aren't available? Any English speaking region is not listed. At this point I click through a random region of languages I have no idea. And now I'm still at a setup screen that I have no idea what is what.I immediately powered off the laptop and called for a refund. Which was glady given to me with no issues. And I mailed this junk back.Long story short. If you find a laptop on Amazon that sounds too good to be true. It more than likely is.
