The taste, quality is how, what I was expecting and plan to cook chicken noodle soup in the crockpot this week with the broth.

This broth is real broth, and only broth: not filled with additives and preservatives. I have some 3-4 times a week, either drinking it or cooking with it. Very tasty and so healthful.

We first learned about the benefits of bone broth from our nutritionist when our oldest was a baby (over 10 years ago!). I tried making it myself but it was way too time consuming! I was super excited when we heard about Kettle & Fire products and they have remained a staple in our home ever since! We currently travel full-time and still have it on hand. It’s the perfect substitution for traditional broths that are called for in so many recipes. Or you can even drink it right out of the container like my husband does haha! Great tasting, high quality ingredients and so many wonderful health benefits - highly recommend!

As others have stated...this is not NYC Deli chicken soup. It's a base layer that I feel is affordable and easy to add grilled chicken, or whatever you're eating into. It's a tiny bit 'mushroomy' flavored...hence the 4-stars but if you don't have a deli nearby, it a great product to have in cupboard. The ingredient are organic and F&K have a great reputation for their products. ** I've recently learned (and tried...it works) that by adding some Wine Vinegar or Balsamic, it reduces the mushroom taste. Yes, it adds some vinegar flavor, but not much.

So pleased I offered these to my neighbor, whose wife is a picky mother. She feeds her family well, and usually does her own. But, I thought I would save her just a small task for a little while. He looked at the ingredients, and was so pleased, when I offered two, he took them gladly. They do me many favors, it is nice to offer them some small things. Life it tight, with a bigger family, a tight budget, and being a right home cook. For my part? I love these for soups, broths, and just sipping. I do add a bit of salt, but that is fine. It tastes exactly as when I make it myself. And, for mine, when used in broths or such, I... also need to add salt. Done perfectly, as I see things. If you are picky, about products. Desire to eat well and healthy? This is one of those products. And affordably so, for the time being. Beef bone broth just jumped to double this. So... prices probably won't remain affordable. At x5 to x6 a carton, I can afford it. At x10 a carton, I'll make my own.

I have this as a meal supplement for lunch. It is tasty and I'm not hungry until dinner time! I don't need to explain the health benefits of bone broth because you know how to google. The price of this brand has started to rise, so I guess folks are jumping on the bandwagon - darn!

I’ve been drinking bone broth for many years, and Kettle One is hands down my favorite. It’s not cheap, but it’s a really good product.
