I received the umbrella stand but it was missing a part. I emailed Best Choice Products (BCP) and they responded quickly. I was told that they could not send me just the missing part as I had requested, but they would send me a new umbrella stand for our deck. In addition, there was no need to return the original stand and no charge to me. Sure enough, I just received a new stand with all of the parts at no charge. It took about 1.5 weeks for all of this to take place--from my original email to BCP until I received the new stand. I felt that I could not have asked for better service--and I feel that in today's world, it is very unusual to have this type of service. In addition to customer service being excellent, the umbrella stand is very sturdy and practical. The wheels help and setting it up is easy. Filling it with water as I did anchors the stand so that I trust our umbrella is secure. It is perfect for some summer outdoor living. Great company and great product.

I initially ordered this so we could have a second umbrella on the patio. Within 5 minutes of opening it, I knew I had to order a second one to replace the one we had no intention of replacing. It's so nice. It's incredibly sturdy. We had some wind yesterday that I never would have considered opening the umbrella up in, but we gave it a try anyway and it was solid. Not a single wobble or hint that it might fall over. My old stand never would have held the umbrella up in that wind. We filled it with water, but I might swap that out for sand before winter. The hole to fill it is a generous size, so you don't even need to take the nozzle off the hose to fill and there would be no difficulty pouring sand inside though a funnel would probably be helpful. The wheels are really convenient. Despite this thing being pretty heavy, you can move it around with ease and lock the wheels when it's in place. The base is large enough to put a small fan on for my dog laying under the umbrella. Assembly was a breeze. Had it put together and filled in under 15 minutes. Worth every penny.

I purchased this to go with an oversized (11 Ft.) patio umbrella. Product arrived safely packaged and on time, was easy for 1-person setup. Appreciate that it's easy to move around but also has breaks to keep in place. I used sand (purchased at hardware store) to fill it instead of water, that way there would be no risk of leaking or evaporation. Has held up well this summer through a couple of AZ monsoons.

I ordered 2 and had to replace one since it leaked. Assuming it holds it's water, it's easy to move around and works as I had hoped. Easy to assemble.

This is our second purchase of this wonderful solution to mooring an umbrella safely on our deck and having it moveable as well. You fill it with water, place the umbrella pole into the unit, and secure it with the two sturdy screws that hold it firmly in two sections of the pole, not just one. We have two tiltable umbrellas for our deck in these umbrella stands, so we want that tiltable feature to have the benefit of a rollable stand to manage the Earth's and the Sun's dances in the late afternoon when our west-facing guests find the setting sun makes things a challenge. Just wheel this stand with its umbrella into a new area from time time, and you can solve the waning sunlight problems with ease. Empty the stand before the frosts come and refill it when the winter freezes are over. There are brakes on the wheels for stability. Sometimes the drainage gaps in a wooden deck will catch the wheels, but that's easy to overcome with a push and guidance of he wheels. It's a great product. I'd buy it again, if we need a third umbrella.

This product arrived well packaged. Easy to unpack and begin to use. Simply fill it with water. No leaks. Has adequate weight for our 10 foot 3 tier patio umbrella we purchased from this same brand. Excellent stability. Even with wind blowing. Has four wheels and two of them lock and unlock allowing you to move the umbrella around easily. Has enough storage capacity to give you the weight you need to hold your patio umbrella in place. Color is good.

So far, so good. I was looking for a sturdy and heavy base for an 11-foot sunbrella. This base provided the option of using water or sand to create a heavy and sturdy base that would withstand strong wind gusts. I filled it with water, which will provide 81.4 lbs of support. I thought about using sand, which could support 123 lbs, but it wasn't necessary, and it would be very messy. The base is also on casters, so it makes it extremely easy to move around my patio. It is a very good product and checks all my boxes! :-)

Very well made sturdy unit. The wheels are excellent, so easy to move with just my foot, despite being filled with water.

Fait solide . On a rempli d’eau et ça ne coule pas. C’est étanche et le parasol est bien en place. Avec les roulettes on peut le déplacer . Très pratique

Worked out well for us. We like how it rolls around and has stoppers on it. Not too big for our smaller patio. Water weight seemed to be enough to keep it weighted down.

Pretty expensive for a plastic container with 2 swivel wheels and steel receiver pipe but, hey, it works!. Not quite 5-stars as I found that the bolt holding one of the swivel wheels does not tighten (stripped). If I needed to continually move this around my patio I would likely have asked for a replacement but am rolling the dice thinking that this will not be an issue in the coming years.
