Good Value for the Money
I ordered this "safe" as I wanted secure storage for a reasonable price, and have found it to be an excellent value. The safe arrived quickly and was well packaged with foam protection, cardboard inserts, etc, however it is heavy (probably 120lb) and I'm sure got manhandled around a bit during shipping. The finish on mine was in good shape, no scratches, etc. I did have one very minor dent / ding, which I'm sure was due to shipping, but it's hardly noticeable and I don't blame the manufacturer as the packaging was good. I think a large, heavy item such as this is probably just not treated too gently during shipping, and that's not the manufacturers fault. Overall, mine arrived in great shape and I'm very happy with the quality (welded with no visible seams, etc). The electronics on mine work perfectly and lock was very easy to program. The steel is pretty thick (I give it 4 stars). It's not as heavy a gauge as some more expensive "safes," but is substantially thicker than gun "cabinets" I've looked at. It's right what I was hoping for in this price range. My package also came with a small safe as well, which was a nice add on. Both safes were easy to bolt to the floor (or shelf for the small one) on the bottom, and a wall from the back. I did add some larger washers to make them more secure when bolting in. The safe will easily hold 5 long guns even with scopes on a couple. Not sure you could have scopes on all 5 though. Not sure if it will hold a shotgun with a 28" barrel (I haven't tried yet). It will also accommodate a couple of handguns in velcro holsters on the inner door and velcro sticks great to the inner door "carpet." I like the way the door is recessed when closed. It would be very difficult to pry, and even if the hinges were somehow cut, you would still not be able to open the door as the hinged side is recessed behind the outer edge of the safe when the door is closed.I did have one minor issue with the inner storage compartment door (key) lock on my large safe, which RPNB resolved very quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect customer service wise, but RPNB responded within 24 hours to my inquiry and their customer service was outstanding! I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Customer Service is critical and they did a fantastic job!Overall, I wanted a secure option for a reasonable price, and this safe is perfect for my needs. It's not fireproof, or as heavy duty as a larger, more expensive safe, but it's thicker and much better quality than a typical gun "cabinet." It feels absolutely secure to keep children or curious persons safe from accessing firearms, and also feels like a reasonably solid deterrent from a criminal theft standpoint as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend it! For the money, it's perfect for me, and I love it!Edit - after more than a year, this safe still works great, as does the smaller one it came with! I have found that it can indeed fit a shotgun with a 28" barrel with about 1" to spare for height, along with another shorter shotgun, 3 rifles (one with a scope and 1 with a red dot sight) and 4 handguns in velcro holsters attached to the inner door.

Great starter safe
When I received my safe it in good condition from shipping, box was messed up but no dents or scratches. Had a hard time getting it open but it was very easy to fix, just adjustment of bar that locks it and custom support was very fast to reply to my email because I was nervous about opening the panel but they sent me a link and it was super simple. I personally love the safe. I just started getting into rifles and I didn’t need anything super big. I have 2 rifles and I can get 3 more in the safe and I plan on accomplishing my goal lol. Only thing I think should have been different is the anchors that come along with the safe. Need something walls

Rifle Safe - not exactly as advertised
The technical data on the amazon site says the package weight is 44.91 KG (99lbs). So, I was assuming the safe would be more substantial than what it actually is. Assuming the packaging adds a small percentage of the total weight the Rife Safe should be pretty hefty. Not so, his RPNB rifle safe actually weighs about 40 lbs (including packaging). Far less than I expected. I think this is misleading, one would expect the rifle case to weight considerably more than it does based on the manufactures technical data.I attempted to call the manufactures contact number but no one ever answered. I posted a message that I needed to ask some questions and then someone finally did reply. The person I spoke with was unable to address my primary question of "How much does the safe weigh?". Also, two versions of the safe are produced. Both use the 5 door bolts design, one having all 5 door bolts on the side of the door. One with three door bolts on the side of the door and also one door bolt on top and one door bolt on the bottom (this is the configuration I wanted). I asked how I could specify this specific configuration, rather than the configuration with all 5 door bolts on the side of the door. I was told you cannot specify which configuration will be shipped, it is just a luck of the draw. Fortunately I did end up with the configuration I wanted. I have only owned the safe for about a month, but it does seem to a reasonable rifle safe for the price. The foam piece that holds the barrel of the rifle is pretty cheaply made. The foam piece simply slides freely on two flimsy sheet metal L brackets. The lock mechanism is very straight forward and seems to work well so far. The hand gun safe at the top of the rifle safe is useful.

Great quality for the price. Don't use rechargeable batteries though!
The best quality for the price. Don't use rechargeable batteries though! NIMH don't hold enough voltage and the lock will not release. RPNB customer service was great, fast to respond, and they helped me solve this issue quickly. Use ALKALINE batteries as directed, a good brand name, and you won't have any problems. I looked at other security cabinets in this price range and they were really crappy with bolted together sheetmetal and flimsy locks and hinges. This one looks really nice, is fairly strong and will keep curious kids and smash and grab burglars out. MAKE SURE to bolt this to the wall or floor, or both! There are pre-drilled holes in the back and bottom for this. I had to buy my own concrete anchors as the ones provided weren't long enough to reach through the drywall to the concrete block. I did use wood spacers behind the drywall to keep it from getting crushed while tightening the anchors. I also notched out my baseboards to fit this flush against my closet wall.

Great safe but with little room for pistol grips
This safe is of good quality I enjoy the simple yet sturdy looks it gives off. The ammo box top fits a whole lot more than I thought it would. The only bad thing I have to say about it is if you have rifles with pistol grips on them you have to kind of turn them so they are slightly facing toward the sides of the safe to get the big door to shut all the way.
