Works for restoring and/or maintaining energy levels

Product as described. I use it for stretching out diluted tea and get the health benefits associated with d-ribose. Win/win.

I have been using this for 12 months. I take heart medications that deplete my energy levels. Taking this product has helped me have more energy. The only thing I am concerned about is that in most of the containers the powder is all white. Recently on two of the other containers the white powder has a lot of black particles mixed with the white powder. I am not sure why the black particles are mixed with the white powder in some of the containers.

i was a little wary of trying this brand, because it seems like the majority of d-ribose on the market is sourced from china, even if it’s prepared and packaged in the usa, but i was desperate and couldn’t find any better options that would arrive as quickly. despite my misgivings, it’s an undeniably good value, as this is more than double the portion i received with a ‘medical professional’ brand, at roughly half the cost, and that includes a professional discount. i was very pleasantly surprised! my symptoms started improving on the very first day, and 3 days later, i would say i’m feeling about 70% better. i’m also taking a bunch of other supplements, including quercetin, zinc, ashwagandha, turmeric, vitamin d, and vitamin c. but i’ve been taking most of those things regularly, and this was the only new thing i added, so i think i can attribute at least a large portion of my improvement to the d-ribose. the speed and depth of my recovery definitely feels borderline miraculous, and i will now be keeping d-ribose in my arsenal of supplements forever!

D Ribose gives a nice day-long energy boost with no jitters. It comes with a 5 gram scoop. I just put it in my thermos and drink it all day long. Also good that it comes from Nutricost, which is a highly reviewed brand.
