Great lipliner, feels very natural, lasts all day, works as a solid lip color
I got several Milani lipliner pencils in different colors. I line my lips and then color them in completely. This lasts all day. I also use a color stay lip vinyl layer on top for a bit of shine and moisture. The combo works very well and looks great.

A great lip liner
This is a great quality lip liner and lots of color and it stays on a long time. It goes on smoothly with and a great value for the money.

I just keep reordering this lipliner
I am over 40, so makeup must be top quality or the results are not acceptable. This lipliner is the best I have used. It goes on perfectly, the color I chose looks elegant rather than distasteful. I follow instructions I observed on YouTube for application. Results are noticeably sheek.

Natural color and smooth application
It's a bit lighter than I thought, still a beautiful color. I have light medium complexion. Feels smooth when applying, when it dries down it's has a long-lasting color yet i need to reapply every 2-3 hrs. First picture only wearing lip liner, lip combo from last picture is french rose lip liner by milani and covergirl clean fresh tinted lipbalm bliss you berry.

Creamy, bold, blends very well
I think this lip liner is very good. It is really bold and a creamy base that blends with your lipgloss/ lipstick very well. This is definitely the best lipliner I've ever used

Lipliner heaven
This lipline is great! It goes on smoothly and the color is great! I will go back for more! Color doesn't feather out. Good quality lipliner!

Color is brighter than shown!
Color is very bright. Not my favorite because my lipsticks are not bright, so this was a useless purchase for me!
