Ordered two Tmobile unlocked LG V40s (after reading endless positive reviews) & we love them! Worked perfectly with our existing Tmobile SIM cards, super easy to transfer everything over using the LG Mobile Switch app & Google Cloud. Just added the LG app to our Samsung Note & Edge and everything transferred over, no problem. Seller even included new TMobile SIM cards, just in case! Camera features are amazing! Speakers are great. Two mics pick up sound from two directions for HD Audio Recording. Fingerprint reader works everytime! Face recognition not so much, but whatever... For the sale price of $350 it can't be beat! The phone is quite sleek & beautiful by design, but a bit heavy. I'd definitely recommend ordering a good case for it (Spigen Tough Armor makes a great one!). Thrilled with our purchase. 😁

It is a great phone and works perfectly; however, if you are using for Consumer Cellular expect ZERO help from support when you have a problem. I have been able to get the phone to be mostly compatible with Consumer Cellular. Recently I was on a trip to Gatlinburg TN and my phone won't receive the cell phone service sitting right next to my wife's different phone that gets 3 bars (really weird since I have WIFI calling on). This phone is also not able to do the Hotspot feature via Consumer Cellular and they DON"T care and won't help. Like I said I love this phone but I wouldn't buy for Consumer Cellular service.

The phone is fine, so far. Battery runs out a bit too fast. Trying to register for the 2nd year warranty offered by LG is such a hassle bec the IMEI number is NOT in LG database... that's what LG Customer Support told me, a month's gone by since and still waiting for words about this from LG.... how could this be?!! Very suspicious here??!!!! [Update] When making a phone call, the dial page light would go dark in the middle of the call every time hitting number keypads, messed up the call when couldn't finish entering code, extension, etc.... really weird!!

not sure why other have bad reviews with this phone, this is the top rated LG, and probably the most expensive for a reason.. Sold at ATT for 900+, but not worth that, but 60% off here at Amazon, it is..the phone is soooooo easy to work with, very intuitive, fast, so many great things... great camera, period....i am sure there are better phones out there, but not for this price...i recently returned 2 others that i wanted to buy to replace this one due to work related issues, but these other phones were not the caliber of this phone.. someone here said this phone is not durable, yet I am a contractor, and have dropped this off of ladders, 10' tall, more times than I can imagine, and it kept of ticking, for almost a year...i of course got a good case, but still, this phone can handle almost anything and just kept running great.. great speakerphone when your hands are busy, etc... just GREAT, GREAT, GREAT is all I can say, especially for this price......

I loved this phone. I bought one when it first released to replace my V10 and bought this one recently when I broke the screen on mine and brought it in to fix and wondered if I should just get a new phone but LG has killed their phone dept so not a lot of LG options so I wound up buying another of the same model. It worked great and I loved not having to get used to a whole other phone. Then three months in it started acting up and I could no longer receive most calls, here and there a call would come through but I had people texting me daily to let me know they called and it went straight to voicemail and my phone would have zero record of a missed or rejected call. I thought maybe its the SIM card so I went and got it changed. The same thing happened so it wasn't the SIM. It was the phone. I factory reset it in case that could solve my problem and still the problem persists so I ended up going back to my old V40 whose battery life ain't great but hey it can perform basic cellphone functions perfectly. Priorities eh.
