Amendments matching their agendas will score that player more points. Play as the loud-mouthed talk radio host, the militant protester, the greedy economist, or dozens of other personalities. Each player or personality will struggle to create a new Bill of Rights in line with their own values, goals and agendas. 3-8 players, 8 yrs and up
