LIVER DAMAGE ALERT !!!
EGCG is good if you take it in less then 200mg , if you consume 800mg EGCG per day for several months, it can lead to potential LIVER damage and might require a transplant. So not to take too much of this supplement. One capsule along with meals is okay and give a gap after every 21 day's for your liver to heal. Do not be given to children or pregnant women.

BEWARE ☠️☠️☠️ Hepatotoxic dose of EGCG is 800-1000mg Your liver is bhoooom…you may end up in liver transplant. At least do a chatgpt search before consuming
