Description

Mounts bolt directly to the frame-side pylons, in the same bolt holes as the stock mounts. Bolts to pylons should be tightened like most others on your Jeep frame. Nice and tight. Tighten through-bolts (bolt that goes through bracket arms and motor mount) exactly according to installation directions. Overtightening these bolts will result in excessive vibration transfer. If installation instructions are followed, there is not a need to remove the alternator nor air conditioner compressor. Designed for use with OEM Jeep engine brackets for Wrangler 2.5L originally installed on Jeep 1987 to 1990 Jeep YJ.
