Good quality fish oil
Doctor recommended good quality fish oil due to dry eye & cataract surgery. I’ve been using this for over 3 years & he said it is doing a great job. It comes in a glass bottle and is a good quality fish oil.

This Omega 3 has worked for me for years.
Omega 3's are so important to my health: dry eyes, high cholesterol, skin dryness. This really helps. I have No after taste at all with these capsules; there is NO unpleasant smell. The capsules are sealed; I've never had any leakage and the size is no bigger than a Tylenol capsule. Easy to swallow and a great value for the money.
