Apple Early 2020 MacBook Air with 1.1 GHz Intel Core i5, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Space Gray (Renewed)

This refurbished computer arrived within the promised 2 days, looked unscratched and undented as promised, and functioned well. I partitioned the drive into a dual boot, IOS and Windows---something not possible with the new M1 chip. Two concerns: the light-weight non-OEM charger lasted 8 hours and the fan starts up almost immediately and stays on. Possible over-heating? I have now had the computer for five days and have just upgraded my review from 3 to 5 stars. My reason: the supplier sent a credit covering purchase of a replacement charger and there is no longer a potential overheating problem. Probably caused by migration of Dropbox files and folders, something typical to a new computer.

Day 2 working with this MacBook and it works great so far!! It looks and works like a brand new MacBook!! It came well packaged with a brand new charger (off-brand, but looks like an Apple charger). No scratches or dings anywhere, none of the keys stick, fingerprint scan works, camera and sound are perfect, fast processing. My toddler poured water on my previous laptop and I needed a replacement fast for work, and this was overnighted to me (not Amazon fulfillment either). I’m incredibly happy with this purchase!!

This is supposed to be “Renewed” in EXCELLENT condition. As you can see from the photos, this is not excellent condition. The screen is filthy and scratched. Theres a drop dent on the top right corner. The bottom of the MacBook literally has a sticker to cover the entire bottom of the laptop and it doesn’t even fit right. And after going through the initial setup and logging into my apple id to sync, it has paused due to overheating and won’t go any further. UNACCEPTABLE AMAZON! Due better! This MacBook is completely useless and I have already added it to my devices. Smh… I read all the bad reviews about the poor conditions of a lot of these being sent out. Also read some decent reviews. Was hoping I’d be one of the lucky ones. I’m not. Definitely sending this piece of garbage back. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Buy from Apple!

I was super nervous to make such a big purchase online. And plus it was refurbished. I wanted an MacBook but had a budget so I took the plunge and purchase a refurbished one online. It was delivered quickly. It was packed very nicely. It only had a little ding on the top but other than that, looks brand new. I highly recommend!

Overheats and fan is about as loud as a plane. The cord for the charger is apple but the box is not.

Excelente estado del equipo, uno que otro detalle estético, pero nada que sea muy notorio. Lo único malo era la cantidad de ciclos de carga, que era de 217, pero por el tiempo en el marcado, no está mal

Entiendo que sea “reacondicionada”, pero es un defecto muy visible en el mouse. Además, no es sensible al momento de seleccionar algo en la pantalla. También hay una mancha en la pantalla que no se quita. Me gustaría que me dieran otro producto distinto. Aunque sea “reacondicionada”, es mucho lo que se paga para que traiga esos detalles. Si van a reacondicionarla, al menos ¡asegúrense de que quede lo mejor posible antes de mandarla! Lo peor es que me URGE para el trabajo, y me acaban de decir que se tardan 30 DÍAS EN HACER EL REEMBOLSO DESPUÉS DE RECIBIR EL PRODUCTO. ES UN ABUSO, ya que me urge la computadora. Esperar tanto tiempo para hacer uso de ese presupuesto, y comprar otra, es demasiado.

Estética casi impecables, tiene un pequeño rayón en la pantalla y algunos detalles de uso, llegó con un 95% de batería, cable y cargador genérico.

Producto que salió mal ya que se trababa muy seguido. Se regresó sin problema, se adquirió otro que funcionó bien.
