Great product!
In my search for purchasing a small tablet holder for viewing in bed, I initially bought the kind shown in the 1st photo, a gooseneck mount with a ball bearing part used to adjust the angle of the tablet. There was no tightening feature on this kind, and after repeated use, the bearing part would become loose, and eventually fail. Thinking it was of poor construction, I purchased a different brand of small tablet holder, with the same type of gooseneck mount with a ball bearing to adjust the angle of the tablet. After a while the 2nd product failed much like the 1st. This prompted me to do an in-depth research on the different type of small tablet holders. I eventually found this particular kind that not only has a ball bearing adjustment piece, but also a tightening feature that makes for a stronger tablet holder. Additionally the gooseneck piece is also made of heavier materials, making it stay put in the desired location of choice. After having used this particular Gooseneck Mount tablet holder for several months I can honestly say I am quite pleased with this product. I spend less time adjusting the angle, hardly any time adjusting the tightness, and feel overall this is the best mount for small tablets & some larger phones.

Great inexpensive mount with minor issue
I got this mount to hold my iPad at night while watching TV in my small offshore bunk. It works well on most surfaces except I did have an issue with the foam pads on the clamp slipping off when clamped to laminate. I glued them back on and clamped it to metal this time and it’s held up well. I’m using it with a 13” iPad Pro and it does sag a little under the weight, but not enough to be a deal breaker for $20. It’s cute. Would buy again.

Very sturdy!
I ordered this so I could read in bed and mostly stop triggering the bursitis in my shoulder. I have a kindle 10 and with the case I had it was heavy and unwieldy, but it helped me hold it( I also have arthritis), I mostly read in bed holding it in my hand while I lay down( I can’t sit up in bed no matter how many props, pillow, etc. I wind up sliding down is a few minutes every time!) I ordered the and it arrived in one day, it was easy to put together, the arm I’d VERY strong, you will have to use some force to bend it into position but it is sturdy. My 10” kindle fit perfectly and didn’t budge or wiggle at all, I also put my iPhone 13 in there and it worked great for that as well. Well I read a whole book last night and when I woke up this morning my shoulder felt better than it has for months. I am a very happy camper!

Ok, but too springy
Holds tablet well, when you tap on the tablet it's very wobbly and makes it hard to work on. Only good for viewing it.

I Do Not Regret This Purchase!
This purchase was well worth it. It holds my tablet or phone upright and sideways without an issue. I have attached it to our end table and headboard, it adjusts easily to whatever surface you're trying to attach it to. If you have issues holding onto your tablet for long periods I highly recommend this.

Lasted less than 2 months
I bought this to hold my kindle. It worked great for the first month then the arm started to sag and then finally split in half. The metal broke clean in half. Don’t waste your money!

Very sturdy -
This is very sturdy - you'd have to be the Hulk to make the support pole into loops like the picture shows! It is actually quite difficult to bend it to the shape you want. However, once you do get it there, it will stay! The clamp is rather large, but it probably has to be to be secure. That's the only drawback for me, as I'm clamping it onto a tabletop that only has a small overhang. It works, but it makes moving it difficult. Jarring it would easy make the clamp slide off.One tweak that would make this a definite 5 star product would be to allow the pole to rotate at the base, so you could have the device in front of you when using it, and then just push it away, rotating it on the base, when you are finished. The way it is now you have to either unclamp it, or bend the pole again, and you don't want to keep doing that!
