Mild plumping effect, with a slight spicey/stingy feel that goes away in a few minutes. I have definitely noticed a plumper look to my 75 year old lips. I keep the tube near me all day, so I can reapply it as needed. I have noticed a gummy residue on the edge of my coffee cup, but that washes off easily with hot water. I purchased the e.l.f. Lip Plumping Gloss to give my lips a noticeable boost and add a touch of color for special outings, since my natural lips often appear muted. The gloss delivers a beautiful, rich hue and luminous shine, as you can see in the photos. Impressively, the Lip Plumping Gloss lasted from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM before reapplication was needed, even after drinking water and coffee, with only a little transfer onto my mug, and brushing my teeth. I took two photos demonstrating the Lip Plumping Gloss. The first was taken immediately after application, and the second five minutes later. Photo 1 shows the initial look, while Photo 2 captures the gloss after a few minutes, alongside a comparison photo of my bare lips. I experienced a mild tingling sensation for about three minutes after applying the product. Whether the plumping effect meets your expectations is up to you, but I love the color and the subtle enhancement it gives my lips. I'm happy with my purchase.

It does what is says it does, gentle plumping lip gloss. Size is great for a purse or pants pockets. Can be worn over lipsticks, slight warming feeling and very glossy! I've already let my friends know about this product!

Ehh, it's okay. I don't know if I'm desensitized to things, but I didn't feel the burning effect I did when I was in high school with other brands. It has a cooling tingle, but not the kind that will plump. It's a beautiful color and the gloss is perfect, but the plumping is not there. Great for regular gloss, but doesn't plump the lips in my opinion. Still going to use it regardless and may reorder in other colors for nights out! But plumping effect isn't there. ❤️💕

Hey yall hey. I already have full lips but I wanted to try this with the tint. I was skeptical on how the color would work on my complexion. I notice a little plumping effect and the little tingle but not too much. When I licked my lips there wasn’t a nasty taste and no transference to my mouth: I.e. no tingling tongue effect. The smell is ok doesn’t smell bad at all. Some glosses have a nasty “after taste” smell. 😹 I love the subtleness. I only did one layer and that was more than enough. I will probably pair this with a light brown liner to give a cute ombre look. I would love to try other colors! For the price I’m satisfied. Siri cue “my ligloss pop-pin” by Lil Mama 😆
