Does exactly what it says
Pleased with the light - installed in my air recovery system - and it gives a sense of comfort knowing it is in. Magnet made it very easy to install (no drilling). Unlike others who have experienced bad bulbs - mine has been shining from day one. For piece of mind - you might want to consider this.

Mounting bracket too short
The Amazon product page shows the bracket as sufficiently long. What you get is shown in the attached photo.. Go figure how to bend the cable away from the wall the magnet mounts on. I returned this item. Waste of time!

Didn't last 1 year. But they honored the warrantee
I installed the unit on 4/1/2023. Here it is 10/31/2023, I went to check my A/C filter to see if it needed cleaning or replacing and found that UV light was not on. The little light on the power unit was on but the bulb was off. That's less than 7 months. It was supposed to last 1 year. Not a happy camper.I called the phone number provided with the install instructions and left a voicemail message. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from HQtelecom, the maker of the lamp. I was instructed to send them a copy of the invoice number (sent a PDF copy of Amazon's invoice) and my address. The next day I received an email (with a tracking number) informing me that a replacement lamp was on its way.
