Was a Cute Heater until it stopped working… but they replaced it no questions asked
Update: I am leaving My original review below. The seller reached out to me and offered a full refund or replacement item… I received the replacement within a few days of contact. I love the little heater and it looks great in my bathroomOriginal review: Unfortunately, I purchased this in August as a Christmas gift. So, by the time it came out of the box, it was past Amazon’s return window. It worked fine for the first month... then it started flashing all the lights when you try to move it to one of the heating positions. Same, it's a cute little heater, great esthetic.

Tiny But Mighty
We’ve had this heater 2 winters. Our house has radiators and they aren’t always on in our apartment when it gets to high 40’s and above. We are by the roof so when it’s sunny it’s bearable but during the night it can get colder. This heater is an OK heater when it comes to small spaces, it’s size puts out a lot of heat but the fan won’t push it too far. That being said it worked best in the smallest of our 3 rooms which was our second bedroom which we use as an office. It’s roughly 200-225 sq ft. If you attempt to use in a bigger area it simply won’t do anything. We’ve gotten the temps to sit at 75 in our office up from 66 which is a considerable difference. The anti tip works well and is a good safety feature. The plug does get warm but not hot to the touch. Any space heater will usually make the plug warm but so will anything drawing that kind of wattage, but it also depends on the wiring thickness used in your home as well as there are different standards city to city and state to state. After 2 winters the fan went out, unsurprisingly a computer fan that is mounted to a ceramic plate that gets super hot hours at a time will fail eventually. They most likely extend the life of the fan by having the ‘cool off’ period after use when the fan remains on for 30 or so sec while the ceramic is no longer heating, it’s a nice feature. Luckily 2 screws and you have access inside and another 2 to take the fan off. It’s a 2 pin, 92mm(l and w) x 25mm (d) computer fan, I got another one off Amazon for $7 and replaced it. It has a larger airflow than the original so now it blows hot air much further and distributes the warm air more efficiently. If you opt to do this make sure the depth of the fan is correct as smaller depth will cause less direct airflow from back to front possibly causing the opposite effect and making your fan blow not as far.One last thing, this heater is very appealing to the eye which is why I bought it in the first place. The grate in the front however is metal and when hot, WILL BURN YOU! I clumsily picked it up by the top including the grate and had tiny circles burned onto my finger which is not pleasant for a few days. Please handle this heater by its legs after use if you must.

Cute but unreliable!
UPDATE: This thing is junk. I seriously wish I hadn't wasted the money on it. I've had it for a few months now, and now I can't get it to work at all. The lights still just blink and blink. Much of my mornings consist of turning the thing off, on, off, on, off, unplug, replug, on, off, on, off, unplug, replug... watch the lights blink. Ridiculous. WASTE of money!I really wanted to love this little heater. The style fits in perfectly with my mid century modern home office space. However, this thing is glitchy as all get out. Sometimes (probably 25% of the time) it works perfectly. The other 75% of the time, I have to fight with it. Occasionally when I turn it on, all three lights blink at the top, and I'm unable to select a mode. Literally just nothing happens except for the lights blinking. At other times, when I turn it on, I will select cool (which works just fine), but then, when I select a heat mode, the whole thing just kicks off immediately. It's a constant fight to get this thing to just work. I've always been able to finally get it to go to heat mode after fiddling with it for several minutes. This is not ideal, as I should be working, not fighting with a heater. Once it comes on, it warms really well! I use it mainly to keep my feet warm at my desk, and it definitely does the trick for that. I just wish it would turn on and start up reliably.

Cute, sleek, powerful! Tip- glue rubber feet to legs
The media could not be loaded. I think this is a solid 4.75 stars. Heater came just as featured. Cute, simplistic modern style. Lightweight. All that I needed to do for assembly was pop on the legs and little feet. This heater can also be easily transported around the house, and even on top of a cushion or super long faux haired rug/ blanket with piece of mind there is still space between the floor and the heating unit. Perfect! I feel likes I’m saving a little on gas because my boyfriend likes to keep it cooler... verdict still out on how our electric bill will react to me running this little guy all the time! Great if you run cold or have poor circulation.Yes, this comes with extra rubbery feet covers as claimed... Honestly but why? I feel like there is no reason to do this. Just glue them on for your customers to start in the first place and no more than one extra is truly needed as backup. The thing isn’t actually walking on it’s little rubber feet. They’re not going to wear some but they WILL fall off. Can’t wait to glue mine down. See the photos...Now this is probably a super unimportant detail to most- but I noticed that the back wooden peg is a little thicker around than the front ones, however all the rubber feet are the same size. This means there is the slightest overlap when you put the rubber feet on the front legs, but not on the back. One thing I really love is the safety feature. Be sure to check out my photos and video! Clearly illustrate how the safety feature of this little guy works, shutting off the heat whenever it tips or flips... which does occasionally happen bc it’s on a tripod. Again- photos and little video clip give best information.I would totally buy this item again. I use it all the time while studying! Also great for a hand and feet warm up after a brisk walk. If used frequently, make sure those ankles and hands are moisturized. I will be officially in love with this little guy once I glue all the feet on like the manufacturers should have done in the first place.

Worth the few bucks
I love this mini heater! It’s cute and functional. I’ve had it for about 4.5 months now and I use it everyday and sometimes throughout the night. It’ll turn off automatically after a few hours or I guess until the room is warm enough. Not sure how it detects that but somehow it does. Safety feature is nice to have. If it happens to fall over it turns off automatically or goes on standby. If you’re looking to use it for a whole living room, then you’d need a bigger heater. I purchased it to give me warmth when I work from home sitting by the desk and also my bedroom as it gets a bit chilly during the cold months due to poor insulation. I’d say it works best for small/medium/large (if the door is closed) sized bedrooms and direct exposure if you want to warm up right away. It has 3 temperatures. The cold setting is almost pointless and only helps a tad. The other two settings are good.

Garbage
How is this still being sold? Like so many other reviewers wrote, it's so finicky. Bad reviews started in September 2021, something must have changed in the manufacturing process at that point. It's great when it works, quiet enough for me, looks good and outputs enough heat to keep my feet comfortable under my basement office desk. But the thing is, it's almost impossible to turn on. Single button operation. First press only gets the fan going for cold mode, this step always works. Second press switches the heat on, but that's where it fails, shuts off with all lights blinking. You have to wait for the lights to stop blinking to try again, this can sometimes be a few seconds, but I've had it blinking for more than 5 minutes non-stop multiple times. I've tried different ways to press the button, fast, slow, hard, soft, nothing does it. Didn't find a method I can successfully reproduce to get it to work. I can spend over 10 minutes trying to get it to heat, most of the time I give up.Edit: I ordered a different model to replace this, the Honeywell HCE200WC. It has a similar look, altough not as good looking as the GAIATOP. The Honeywell is so simple to use, works everytime. I thought the GAIATOP was quiet, the Honeywell is even more quiet. Also, heat distribution is better with this new model.

Wonderful personal heater that packs a huge punch!
This little heater packs a huge punch. I’ve now bought 2: one for my room and another for my son’s room. We’ve got the thermostat on at 21C but there’s a draft in certain parts of our 2 bedrooms and this really solves that. Our 3rd bedroom tends to be too hot and my other son sweats with any temperature higher that 21 so he tends to open his windows at night without telling us. That habit has now stopped because of this heater. I also found it unstable at first because I didn’t realize that the shortest leg out of 3 legs is supposed to go in the rear. So before installing the legs, match them up to identify the shortest- which screws in the back. It’s working so well, I find it highly functional, reasonably priced and has a nice industrial design. I was just wondering how I could eventually clean the fan blades inside- but the upward-tilted design of the back actually ensures that the intake doesn’t suck in too much dust from the ground, so it’s still very clean. I perch mine on a low table when in use. The auto off safety feature is great (if it topples over) and you can ensure stability of the unit as long as the legs are attached according to size. I recommend this product! I’ll update this in a year.

Checks all the boxes...until...
*UPDATE: Sadly this heater stopped working after a couple of months use. Had to return. Luckily return window was extended for Christmas. Not sure how I feel about the heater now. I will buy a different one to replace. Too bad, I really loved it...for two months.Original review: The only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that the little rubber feet on the legs don't fit very well, and they tend to come off. Other than that this space heater checks all the boxes. I am amazed at the level of heat that it puts out for such a small unit. On top of that it is stylish, the first stylish space heater I've ever seen, and it fits into my decor rather than standing out like an elephant in the room. It was a little pricey for such a small heater, but I'm glad I ordered it. I have no regrets. It might even be the best space heater that I've ever owned. If they ever go on sale I might buy a couple more for other rooms in the house. It is quiet and it gets super hot, but the outside of it stays cool so you can move it if you need to. The angle of the heat trajectory is great. I don't even miss that it doesn't oscillate. It automatically turns itself off after 6 hours. The perfect addition to my living space for the cold Canadian winter ahead. An extra plus when summer finally comes is that it also blows cold air. It's a win in my book.

Powerful & Cute!!
I paid 50$ for it and I knock this thing over all the time and its safety feature is great! I unplug it from the wall to turn it off and the wires are sturdy. It fills my bedroom pretty fast with heat and is able to keep the room warm throughout! Love itEdit 2024. I had a lot of static electricity build up as I got off the couch to turn it off and got a shock from the power button, now the fan doesn’t work but the heating element does making it dangerous as I didn’t notice until I turned it on next and it started smelling like burning plastic
