Whats to say? Swanson shipped with no problems it arrived on time ish. Tastes like dirty pond water, but it's so good for you. This product is not for everyone since it's algae.

Además de toda la nutrición que aporta,la gran cantidad de proteínas, aminoácidos y vitaminas que contiene este producto bastante económico. Cuando consumes spirulina , no debes excederte en la ingesta calórica, porque vas a ganar peso ; pero para el que está desnutrido o quiere ganar peso corporal es excelente .

I’ve used this product quite a bit over the years. Spirulina is B-12 that goes directly into your bloodstream. It doesn’t have to be broken down in digestion like food or other supplements.

I was only taking Chlorella before I got the skinny on the Spirulina and this has worked very well for me. I had no problem with loose stools when I take both. I was up to 3000 mg of Spirulina a day and I realize that is really not enough to effect my health in a positive way yet but I will get there.
