This is beautiful and turned out to be just what we wanted. When we received this glass door, one of the panels had broken in transit. We contacted the seller and they were quick to respond. They had us send a photo of the broken panel to validate the issue. Once they received the photo they verified which panel was broken and put in an order for a replacement. When spending this much money on a product, it was comforting to have such good customer service and for them to issue a replacement order almost immediately. The replacement was received very quickly and installation went well.

Showed up very well packed. This piece is really nice. perfect fit and finish and very heavy duty. Second one I have bought after remodeling our first bathroom. Loved it so much bought it for My mother in laws bathroom shower when the door needed replacing..

Really impressed with the overall look and quality of the Vigo shower. The glass really is super heavy and takes at least a couple people to install safely. It's important to protect the vulnerable edges during installation.Even if the rod was installed perfectly level the door does tend to drift from either side because of the slight sagging. We installed some thick velcro tape on the underside of the rod on either end to eliminate it.

Seller must give tips when customers are wanting to purchase sliding glass doors. The distance in the middle overlap size should be given a considerable thoughts to keep the water inside of shower areas.

Purchased this shower door for my new master bathroom remodel. Delivered on time for the project. The door was heavy to get upstairs but two men were able to do it even on steep stairs. Installation by my contractor went without any issue. The door looks fantastic and highlighted the new bathroom.

The glass blow up cutting the homeowner I put a lot of doors in and this is the first time this has happened I removed the Stationary glass put it aside and as I picked it up that one busted up also without any effort I believe there a problem with the glass be careful !!! The door work nice rolled good bad glass

I am a licensed structural engineer that designs glass for various support application and I can honestly tell you this product is not properly designed. After struggling to carry the glass panels into bathroom (way to heavy compared to equivalent products) my contractor was able to get everything installed per manufacturer install instructions. However the first time he closed the sliding panel it made very light contact with wall and shattered into 100’s of pieces cutting him up bloody on arms and face. I called Vigo and described the situation and they blamed it on the installation and only offer to sell me a replacement panel for $200 plus $300 freight charge, $500 total. They then proceeded to say both fixed and sliding panels where back order and won’t be available for a month. First thing that popped into my mind was allot of these panels are breaking on other people hence the back order. There are other reviews talking about this design flaw also. I honestly did not feel safe at this point anyways using the product so decide to uninstall and purchase from another manufacturer. So, I personally took the other fixed panel down myself so I could study the weight and see what my contractor was describing. I struggled to carry the good panel from bathroom to my garage (about 10 foot distance) when it shatter under its own weight without contact with anything. I ended up with bloody cuts on top of my head, arms and neck. I repeat this product is not designed appropriately and is unsafe to use as a shower door. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Doors came on time, were perfect and are now installed! Love them! The delivery was great also and gentleman who delivered helped my husband get it into a bedroom to wait for install. Thank you!
