Great product
Wiped out the clover and other weeds without damaging the lawn. Applied per the instructions with an end-of-hose sprayer and worked great. Easy to use and no smell.

Great Knockdown Power, But Weeds Return Too Fast
This Southern Ag Lawn Weed Killer works—it absolutely knocks down the weeds quickly and effectively. I followed the mixing instructions precisely, and even tried a slightly stronger concentration, but the central issue is time: the weeds tend to come back relatively quick. The product is effective, and you get great results initially, but it just doesn't offer the long-term staying power I was hoping for. If you don't mind reapplying every few weeks, it's a powerful tool. But if you want to be totally hands-off for a whole season, this isn't it.

Good Product - Does What it is Supposed to Do
After decades of weeding millions of spurge from my lawn, I happened to talk to a neighbor who does landscaping about any weed killer that works for spurge. He let me try Trimec. After many years of being so disappointed with ineffective products like Weed-B-Gon and RoundUp for Lawns [so cheap and so crappy], and getting older so not wanting to spend/waste hours doing backbreaking weeding, I decided to try this similar "Trimec" product. The application is clear & simple - dilute 2 oz per gallon & spray. Do not let rain or water get on the sprayed weeds for 24 hours, or it will not kill completely. As the instructions also say, if you spray the weeds when they are young, i.e. before the get seeds, it will be more effective. In any event, if you have a lawn full of weeds like most people, you probably need a few applications a few weeks apart to totally get rid of spurge, chickweed and clover [and other weeds]. I am so pleased that this Trimec does actually work and you don't waste your time or money.

After 3 days, Purple Deadnettle still standing.. Update: 60% gone after 3 weekss
Did not seem to work very well on Purple Deadnettle in my North Ga fescue lawn, as the weeds have slumped-over slightly at the 72-hour point. The temp during application was around 65 degrees, partly cloudy, and it had rained 3 days prior to applying. I'll update my review favorably if things change in the next few days. Update - I applied with hand-pump 1 gal sprayer, and did not mow prior to spraying. I was told that I should have mowed prior to spraying, so perhaps that is why the Purple Deadnettle has not died out very much, I estimate approx 60% is gone, so I will probably apply again or try a different product.

Less cost. Same results.
Use as directed. It works better than just 2-4-d TV

It didn't work for me.
Ineffective on my Spurge. I treated my lawn (Bermuda grass in Phoenix) 3 times, each time making the mixture a little stronger. I used a surfactant with it, too. The spurge sneered at it, didn't even turn yellow. I have a bit of dichondra in a different part of the yard and treated that as well. It turned a little yellow, but seems to be recovering. I cannot recommend this product.
