Great Product
I’m a fan and an ardent patron of Roopak Masala’s though I’d never tried their Rajma Masala before, but I thought of giving it a whirl this time and it DID NOT disappoint at all! It made them more flavoursome and tasty than usual and me and my family absolutely relished it…. Totally recommended…. Don’t think twice ….. go for it!!!

One of the best "all rounders"
Generally speaking, I prefer to create my own spice mix from individual spices, on the grounds that each spice has its own stage of addition and cooking time. But, for convenience, many of us - at least occasionally - fall back on such ready prepared universal mixtures. At the cost of receiving much opprobrium from the gourmets, may I volunteer that these "Roopak" formulations are not only about the best you can get, they give you most, if not just about all, of the "zap" we seek in our food.
