Great especially for those who have kids or adults with epilepsy. Doctor recommended these as the epilepsy could cause the bladder to be emptied while sleeping. These don't make the annoying crunching sound other Adult Briefs make so your kids or Adult patients won't be embarrassed. [ Update ] Attends changed the material from the tight material to this new flexible layer so it won't feel like its super tight around your waist. The brief is super breathable an softer. The pull tabs are not sewn in like before were if you pulled it to much it came off with so of the material. It's now attached to a plastic base an the tab is much easier to attach with out tearing from the brief. More comfort, breathable,an absorbent.

I was a little taken aback when I opened the package and discovered I had gotten 4 packages containing 24 diapers each. But I'm sure we will use all of them eventually. I like that they are made with a more cloth-like material. I also like the stripes that turn blue when wet. The sticky tabs can be refastened once or twice. I'm using them on a bedridden patient so I do wish the absorbent padding were shifted more toward the back. Hint: fold in half down the length with the padding on the outside. When putting them on the patient this insures a snugger fit. Also check that the gathers are in the patient's groove between each leg and their bottom.

These briefs are a great product. The breathable material keeps them from becoming so hot on the patient and thus cuts down on skin irritation. The side tabs are easy to open and close. Do not have a problem with leakage like we have in some other brands.

this product works well for the price but has its limits. this product is good for daytime use for moderate to heavy incontinence, it absorbs fairly quickly and holds a fair amount of liquid, DO NOT try to use these for extended times! no more than 4-6hrs i would recommend you try this product at home one day to see how long it works for the individuals needs so you know how long to expect it to work for each individual. the product's breath-ability really only works for the sides and that is both a good thing and bad as there is almost no side leakage protection as such is why I only recommend this product for DAY use.

My grandmother was wearing these in size L and we were very content with them except for the size, which always seemed much larger than it needed to be. So, I did extensive research on figuring out how these are sized, measuring her waist and hips and making the determination that she should be wearing the Mediums. Well, because we go through them so quickly, I bought this 4-pack offer. Big mistake! These seem to run very small and do not come even close to being big enough for her. They are too small around the waist and the amount of material for absorbancy is also insufficient. Where the others worked for nighttime, these don't even come close. Where the other were too big, these--only the next size down and supposedly the right fit for her--are much too small. They are difficult to put on her also due to the problem fitting properly, and accordingly, cause tape binding at the hips. We can't use these. Now I have 3 unopened packages and nearly all of the 4th package. What a big waste of money!

My mother, almost in her nighties has been completely bedbound for over 6 years. We have relied upon the standard depends for that whole time. The dollars, hours and miles saved by purchasing through Amazon has been incredible. During all those years my mothers skin has only broken down once. We have excelent nursing assistants, but some of prsise is due to this product. A few suggestions, if you have similar care needs: There are a lot of comments that this product in not really adequate for night time use, I agree, I use night time Attends. A little more expensive but not much. If you are caring for a bed bound patient, consider a low leakage, alternating pressure matress. Medicare will only pay for one for bedsore treatment.About $300 gets you one from Amazon to prevent bed sores hapening in the first place. They are a lot more convenient than wrestling with side tab diapers. I use them for my 70-something wife and would be happy if they had a little more capacity. I receive them on the auto-replenishment program which has been convenient and efficient!

The perfect diaper for our needs,we’ve used this brand for over 5 years and let me tell you if we’ve run out and had to get an off brand to hold us over. You can tell real quick the fit and ease is not as good.

We don’t have any issues with the product itself and have been using it for quite some time. The problem is the when we purchase at a lower price we don’t receive our order and are left without. It’s frustrating!
