I have been buying these on a schedule for over a year now as they give the most visible bang for the buck. The quality and size are superb- the taste is even better. The texture is what I like the most- its dense but chewy similar to the candy dots- I first bought these when my regular brand was not available. And I think within a month of use my hair grew an inch, its shinier, my nails became harder. It was such an obvious change. My skin looks better and if I forget to take them (as I forgot my gummies on a 10 day vacation) and I had hair breakage and I was dragging mentally. I love this! I hate drinking collagen, the tablets get pretty expensive and the powder finishes so quickly. These a one a day and I love them. They taste like a snack, they don’t have the chemically taste some gummy vitamins do, I enjoy the flavour. Results wise I have seen a difference, I have extremely weak nails, the tips are translucent and they break very easily, about 2 weeks after starting this bottle I noticed a significant difference, my nails don’t break as easily, the tips are more opaque now and they don’t bend back or snag easily. This is a super big indicator that it’s working for me as it’s what I usually look at when trying other collagens. I will buy this again and recommend it, it’s great value for the price.

These taste great and are easy to take.One reviewer stated that they have 2500mg of collagen, and I certainly did not receive that product. These only have 100mg of hydrolyzed collagen (.1g) and the daily recommendation is 5-15 or even 20g daily. So, they are delicious and better than nothing, but they are not particularly helpful in meeting the daily collagen recommendation.
