Good quality
I installed into brick stairs. They are good quality and a versatile design. They look sleek and modern, and go very well with the wood rail I made. They came with all hardware and tools that you to integrate it into the system.

Very good product
We joined the 2 handrail sections on the center post first (upside down), then installed them on the first and third posts. It worked out great.

Just one thing…
Looks great, easy to install and fast delivery. However the bags for the screws came loose for both packages we ordered and it ended up scratching the posts during delivery, would be five stars if it was more secure…

Missing parts
Received 3 boxes 4 posts per box. The 3rd box was bigger and just 4 posts and 1 bottom skirt were in it. Missing all hardware rendering them useless. Because of that I decided to return everything since.

So happy
I was so happy with this kit it is very sturdy. If you anchor the way they tell you to I will say you have to pay attention when you are assembling it The only thing I would say is if you can get the rubber grits that the company sells they probably would work better than the washers that come with. I saw them online after I had bought the kit the but if the washers don’t stay in place, I will probably purchase them take the time to take it apart to put rubber but I will say that overall it is great kit

Beautiful railing & easy to install
We love our new loft with this cable railing. So modern & sleek. My husband installed it in a couple of hours. Downside is the parts required to complete the job were confusing and it was challenging to get anyone from the merchant to help. We finally figured it out by trial & error and had to return a few items. Overall the end result was worth it.
