To be honest, it exceeded my expectations,I was looking to create, a home gym since all the gyms in my area are closed due to the pandemic, and everything arrived just as described.The tricep rope is really good quality, almost compares to you would find in the gym (most of the products that I found excluded the tricep rope) and it was super easy to assemble.Everything feels very durable, so I have recommended this to a couple of my fitness friends. I am excited to spend some time working out with the product, and I will keep you updated!Amazing Value!

This completed our home gym. We bought the Ethos weight set and use those olympic plates with this and it is perfect for cable pull exercises. Smooth pulley, great quality components for a great price.

It works well, but the weights can swing on you. I had to tether with a spring.

I've been using this at home. It is easy to strap to my bench/swat rack. Easy to move around too when I switch body parts or need more balance on my rack. Great to have a good tricep and back workout at home without the gym.

Received the Flyfan pulley system today and it's very high quality. Very impressed with everything. The system is set up in our basement which has an alright height ceiling, but wish it was higher. The cable for the system says that it is 79 inch, which is shorter than some other systems cable. And it is exactly 79 inches which is great, but it is a little too long for certain exercises in our basement. So I tie it up shorter for one exercise. I would definitely recommend this system.

Product imagery CLEARLY shows a 70 and 90 pulley cable. No. You get one of them. No idea why it shows BOTH when only one is shipped. Would not recommend if you are looking for the two.
